"We could not rate Resurrection Builders any more highly! Ryan Sullivan was responsive in getting back to us and scheduling our initial project estimate. He listened to our ideas and even gave us an itemized proposal so we could see where we could make adjustments as needed. Additionally, Ryan's proposal was fair, and came in under other contractors' cost estimates. Every member of the team that we encountered was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They worked efficiently and were respectful of our time. The crew went above and beyond to keep construction messes contained to the remodeling area, end even cleaned up at the end of each day. Ryan was in regular contact through each phase of our project to let us know who and what to expect. It is worth noting that the payment structure was divided, which helped to build a sense of trust and rapport, and ensure that all work would be completed and to our standard. We will look to Resurrection Builders for any future projects."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"Great company! Design consultant was very informative and I really appreciate their attention to detail throughout the process. I love my new beautiful shower. I am very happy that I went with Renken Remodeling."

"Vlad of Step by Step Remodeling was not afraid to tackle the job our previous contractor messed up in the remodeling of our master bathroom. Vlad was honest, dependable, very competent, and easy to work with. We were very grateful for the excellent job Vlad and his crew did. We would use Step by Step again."

"We are thrilled beyond measure with our new kitchen. Kitchen Saver did it all: Refaced our 25-year old cabinets, installed 3 new cabinets, installed a new apron sink with hot water dispenser and "touchless" faucet, and handled installation of our new granite countertops. The entire team - our designer Mahsa, our measurer Bernie, our installer Jae, and the office support from Melissa and Courtney - were extremely professional and responsive to our every need. Jae in particular was an absolute perfectionist, taking care of every last detail and offering problem-solving solutions as we went along. We'd give more stars if we could! We highly recommend Kitchen Savers. It's the way to go!"

"Devin was recommended to us by friends. Their remodel looked great and they said he had finished on time and on budget. To skip to the end he did the same for us. We liked Devin from the start, he has a very easy-going demeanor. He recommended a architectural designer (Steve Backus) when our first one didn't work out. Devin worked well with both of them. He really thought about how he would build what they were designing, so that once the plans were ready it all went smoothly. From ground breaking to delivery took less than the 6 months Devin promised. That's a fast pace so be prepared to make a lot of decisions in a short amount of time. We moved out so that Devin could have the run of the house and that was definitely the right decision for us. It let him go faster, and having our kids live in a destruction/construction zone would not have been good. We are thrilled with the result. Devin has an eye for the finishing details that make it all look top notch. Devin was attentive to the punch list and to the few issues that have come up since. We highly recommend him."

"Beautiful work. Will hire again. Months later still looking good as new. Thanks C&Ms"

"We would highly recommend Gary and his team. They provided exceptional service in all respects. They were prompt, extremely professional, cleaned up completely all work areas and more than met our expectations with the work completed. They also went out of their way to make sure the jobs were done correctly. When the two by fours we had picked up for the deck project were not straight enough upon their inspection, Gary called and had his team pick up straight two by fours and bring them to the house. I also had picked up the wrong smoke detectors, and Gary went out of his way to have his team pick up the correct smoke detectors that could be wired into our home. The deck ceiling turned out beautifully and required great skill in all the cuts to properly angle the ceiling in the gazebo. All the other smaller projects  were completed to our satisfaction.
We were so pleased with the work, we have requested Two by Four Constrution to bid on a bigger remodeling project for our kitchen and master bathroom. Our old refrigerator, unfortunatley,  died before the remodeling project could be started, and when we called Gary to see if he could spare two fellows to replace our refrigerator early to prevent spoilage, he immediately sent a crew out to our home. We feel very lucky that we found Two by Four Construction on Angie's List, and we will be using Gary and his team for all our future handyman and remodeling needs.

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."
