"They were well organized and did a good job on the patio. The crew showed up on time and worked hard over the week it took to do the project. We did a flagstone patio that was placed on a concrete pad with a sitting wall. We put landscape lights in the wall. Very pleased with the end product. We had neighbors choose a different contractor and things did not go nearly as smoothly as our patio."

"We've now worked with Diversified Contractors twice and have enjoyed the experience both times. In terms of pricing, quality of work, and ease to work with and modify a design during a build, you can't go wrong. We worked with Mike, and have recommended him to our family and neighbors and all have the same experience. We can be picky and demanding of any project for this kind of spend, and we solicited multiple bids each time (2 years apart), and DC was still the best. My neighbors are already asking who we used and the compliments flood everytime we have a gathering on the patio. No brainer. Go with DC."

"Lily and her crew did an amazing job re-landscaping our backyard. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. Seriously couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you!!!"

"Great experience, old fence was removed and hauled away, new fence was installed same day. Cannot say enough about the workmanship and professionalism of the salesman and laborers. I would recommend them for any exterior work. They also installed our patio and it came out beautiful."

"We had an excellent experience with International Brick & Concrete. Rigo and his team completed a large paver project for our townhouse HOA community, involving approximately 10 pallets of new driveway and walkway pavers. Matching and interlocking the new pavers with the existing ones was tricky, but Rigo did a fantastic job. The finished work looks great and blends beautifully with the existing pavers. Rigo was wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. His team was courteous, hardworking, and took pride in their work. They also did an excellent job installing the polymeric sand, giving everything a clean, finished appearance. We are very pleased with the results and would absolutely hire Rigo and his team again. Highly recommended!"

"Awesome. One last mow for the fall and he got all the leaves that had fallen as well. The lawn looks amazing! They came the same day as requested. $80."

"Kelly helped refine the scope of our project. Made sure we were happy with the pavers and suggested a nature stone finisher that enhanced the entire look of the patio all while staying with our budget. Even before the patio was completed our neighbors commented on how well the project was coming together."

"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"Patio and Deck turned out great. The Steadfast team (Miguel, Grover (deck), Joel (patio)) did great work and I would hire them again. They were not my cheapest estimate but I chose to go with Steadfast. Miguel didn't try to sell me the highest priced solution but what was right for my house. I really appreciated how they worked with my wife and I to arrive at the deck and patio that worked within our budget and looks of our house. Grover built our deck within two days and it turned out great. Joel and team did a great job installing a patio in a yard with a severe slope. I'd recommend Steadfast for anyone who wants solid work at a reasonable price."
