"Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."

"Mr. Benitez came out and walked the property with me. We discussed what needed to be done, and he recommended a couple of other services, all of which seemed reasonable. His price was higher than the last landscaping contractor I had used; however, this was a more involved job. In the end, it was worth every penny. My planting beds were reshaped, cleared of weeds, and mulched, as were the tree rings in my yard. His crew also took the time to trim the trees in my front and back yards, and the results were outstanding. "Robert responded to my request for quotes and was able to meet with me the same day. He explained the scope work, start date and cost. Cost was very reasonable, he was able to have a crew onsite the next day. The crew arrived on time, went over the scope of work to ensure we were in agreement. They removed the 18 year old wood deck, graded and leveled the area for the patio. Built the framing, filled with gravel and rebar, ensuring everything was level. On the 2nd day they did the concrete work and stamping. The 3rd day they power washed and sealed the patio. Cleaned up the yard before leaving. An amazing improvement over the old wood deck. Robert and the crew were easy to work with and great communication. I am beyond pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Robert Construction for any concrete work. Everyone was polite, professional and hard working."

"Patio and Deck turned out great. The Steadfast team (Miguel, Grover (deck), Joel (patio)) did great work and I would hire them again. They were not my cheapest estimate but I chose to go with Steadfast. Miguel didn't try to sell me the highest priced solution but what was right for my house. I really appreciated how they worked with my wife and I to arrive at the deck and patio that worked within our budget and looks of our house. Grover built our deck within two days and it turned out great. Joel and team did a great job installing a patio in a yard with a severe slope. I'd recommend Steadfast for anyone who wants solid work at a reasonable price."

"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."
