Charles Walters and his crew from AAA Tree Service did a great job removing a large, dead maple tree and stump from my front yard in Arlington. The crew arrived on time and performed in a diligent, workmanlike manner. The cost estimate was competitive. AAA Tree Service should be on your shortlist of bidders. They truly are the “King of Trees.”

It went fine

FAST SERVICE. I requested an estimate on a Tuesday, got the estimate first thing Wednesday morning and had the work done that afternoon. Less than 24 hours start to finish. Their quote was about 25% less than another I got. The crew was great and did exceptional work. Will use again and will recommend to friends.

Outstanding. First there was a coupon for $200 off of work above $400. Secondly, meeting with Norris Peterson convinced me that he knew his business and provided the confidence that I wanted. Thirdly, within 3 days, the crew showed up and removed the large tree and trimmed the other tree within several hours. Compared to the other tree removal in the neighborhood by other vendors, I was surprised at the speed and how much less noise that AAA completed the work. The work was above satisfactory. Will I use them again? Yes. Will I recommend them to others? Definitely yes. Every member of their crew that I talked with was very courteous.

Cut down a tree

They were fabulous. The tree hung way over our yard and with our neighbor's permission, we hired them to do the work. It was a huge job and they used a cherry picker to reach everything. Their price was very good. They removed gigantic limbs and their clean up was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we would definitely hire them again.

All work done well - so far. They are to grind the stump tomorrow - weather permitting.

They were quick to respond and performed the work within a week, However, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Scheduling was a bit odd (texting on Monday morning asking to come over with no notice--which I was unable to do--and then the next day cancelling at the last minute after I took time off from work to meet them). When they actually performed the work, they left a giant tree limb in my backyard, which I now somehow have to dispose of, and huge gouges in my front lawn (looks like their truck took a joy ride, despite my having more than ample driveway space). They assured me the lawn would "puff back up" when it rained, but of course it didn't, because that is not a thing. Instead, now I have nice lakes in my yard that should make for excellent mosquito feeding grounds in a few months. They promised to "send someone out" to look at the damage, but of course they didn't do that either. So in addition to paying (way too much) for tree trimming and removal, I get to pay to repair my lawn and figure out how to remove this tree limb from my yard.

Excellent work

Very well. Four employees from this company trimmed the top 1/3 of our huge cherry blossom tree in our front yard. It took them approximately two hours and they were clearly skilled in their craft. Professional and efficient.

Excellent. 2nd time for this crew at my house. Great job, asked for specific instructions, worked quickly, cleaned my yard and branches that fell into neighbor's yard. Price was reasonable and I will hire again.

The AAA Tree Service crew arrived on time and got right to work. In order to safely drop two 60 foot trees, the crew needed to work from the backyards of two neighbors. Once the trees were down, the crew completely cleaned up my neighbors' yards and then finished the work on my property which was also cleaned up. A very professional job!

The estimator came out and gave us a very good price so we scheduled on the spot for an open slot 2 days later. The crew was on time and was very efficient. They cut down a walnut tree that had limbs that were hitting our neighbors house and they also cut down a giant branch off of our oak tree that was going over the street. I was very pleased with the work and was also happy that they even cleaned up all the small twigs and leaves before leaving. I will definitely be using them again.

They did a super job! I called on a Thursday and an estimator came out early Saturday morning. He was very professional and made several suggestions. My trees were cut down the following week. Everything went great - they did a great job with cleaning up all the limbs, etc from the trees. Definitely will use the again.

AAA is my go to company when I need tree trimming. I would rather hire a professional then rent a chain saw and attempt to trim on my own. For this job I needed a Holly Tree "raised" so the low lying branches would not interfere with the upcoming mowing season. I did not have them shape the top though. They came out and gave me an estimate and within a few days did the work. They don 't need much instruction. They are the best.

The estimate was superior to another well-rated company. The team showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The took care of the overgrown side of the tree and a few extra branches that I did not like the look of.

Overall I'm very pleased with AAA tree. The crew was responsive, friendly, and efficient. I received 4 estimates and their pricing was on the lower end of the range. I gave them a B for quality because they trampled a few of our shrubs while removing a very large tree from our back yard. I would hire them again and I recommend them.
