Our deck was in awful condition and I was surprised when Mr. Johnny told me that much of my wood was in good condition. He could have told me i needed to replace the entire deck! "This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro."

"Deckmaster provided a free estimate for carpentry repair work on my wooden deck and fence, and also for a powerwash and reseal of the deck, deck stairs, and a fence. I contracted them to do the carpentry only (the powerwash/sealing was more than double the cost I normally pay). Scheduling was done within a week or so, and I was very pleased with the work Gustavo and his assistant did. The repair was done carefully and competently, and showed good attention to detail.
