"Beyond my expectations! The old door was condensing inside and out, we knew there would be extensive damage to the wood framing and floor area beneath. It was worse than I expected. Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. I have already recommended him to friends, and they have all said how great he was! I have many other projects planned, and will not hesitate to call Home Remedies again."

"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. "Munoz Construction has completed two projects in our home and we are extremely pleased with their work. The most recent project was a kitchen update wherein they replaced the countertops, backsplash, downdraft exhaust fan, spice cabinet pull out organizer, sink, faucet and disposal switch. They also did some carpentry work, repaired and painted drywall, and coordinated the installation of the new countertops as well as repurposing the granite from the kitchen to the basement bar area with the stone contractor. The cost was in the ballpark of the Angie automatic estimate. Demetrius understood the scope of the work requested, was easy to communicate with, was respectful of property, sheeted or covered all non-movable items, and laid down floor protection. Pricing is by the job, not the hour. Materials in my case were extra but charged at cost with the receipt to prove it. Payment is cash, check, or Zelle only. There was no bill of materials price estimate provided, so someone unfamiliar with the materials required to do the job may not have been able to calculate the material cost accurately. I highly recommend Demetrius for any small carpentry jobs you may have and I will definitely be using him again."

Matt was extremely responsive, very helpful--including helping to pick out tiles, materials---then taking everything to the site. After the job was completed he quickly responded to a minor alternation that needed to be made.
