He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. Joe and his associate did a great job replacing all the boards and building new railing on one of the sides that did not have it. They are knowledgeable about they do and their conduct throughout the job was professional. Joe was particularly good in terms of communication and accommodated all our requests (e.g. we wanted to use grade #1 lumber and screws instead of nails).
