Mark responded to our request for an estimate for the work and took time to explain how he would obtain the unusual siding materials needed, what the actual work would entail and provided a comprehensive and fair estimate of the time and cost. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. He and his helper knocked out the construction of filling in a 7 1/2 square foot hole in my deck which the junked hottub left in less than one day!!! I could tell he was going to do a great job as soon as I met him and listened to his plan for fixing the problem. Joe had gained professional experience from helping his father early on by framing up houses for his Dad who was a highly successful architect designed.
