"We have normally done interior painting ourselves, but this was a big job (living room, hallway, bedroom) and since we also had some ceiling damage from a leak we decided to get it done for us. We had used Jim the Handyman for a couple jobs last year and were very satisfied with the work so called them again. They showed up early to do the estimate and we discussed a number of items to be priced so that could pick and choose if need be. We quickly got an estimate and agreed to getting the work done. It was supposed to be a week to a week and a half out from the Thursday estimate date but they called the next Sunday afternoon and said they could begin the job Tuesday (finishing Thursday). We said yes. Mike showed up within the 9-11 timeframe on Tuesday and got right to work.. He was the lead guy for the three days, directing others who came to help. Very impressive. Not only does he know everything about how to paint, he knows how to manage a job. And he is a pleasant and friendly guy on top of that. The crew prepped, painted, and cleaned up. They made sure the job was done right (no need to follow behind and check on their work - they do their own quality control). We supplied the paint and spent a day getting things off the wall and some things moved. We have a lot on our walls and so I spackled as things came down. We could have left it, especially the wall repair. Mike could immediately tell what had been done and went back and did it correctly. We probably would still take things off the wall to prep, but the rest we would leave to their crew. The areas of the ceiling that were damaged are back to looking perfect. We had some paint bubbles in one bathroom ceiling - also corrected - and with a better paint choice that Mike recommended. The new door and door frame were more of a challenge for the guy who came to do the work because the one jamb was a little out of plumb (our house was built in 1961), but he got it done. We are very pleased with the experience, the quality of the work, and extremely pleased with the finished result. Its like having a new home."

"Highly recommend anyone looking to do anything with a deck or porch to give Nestor a call. He was very professional, detailed, and knows what is needed to be up to code. Unfortunately I had bought a house with a deck that was not on code, but luckily by calling Nestor, I am now not just up to code but with a great looking deck! Also the price, I dont think you will find another company that will beat his price for what he builds for you. His cost was even less than what a handyman had quoted me. "Beyond my expectations! The old door was condensing inside and out, we knew there would be extensive damage to the wood framing and floor area beneath. It was worse than I expected. Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. I have already recommended him to friends, and they have all said how great he was! I have many other projects planned, and will not hesitate to call Home Remedies again."

"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. "Munoz Construction has completed two projects in our home and we are extremely pleased with their work. The most recent project was a kitchen update wherein they replaced the countertops, backsplash, downdraft exhaust fan, spice cabinet pull out organizer, sink, faucet and disposal switch. They also did some carpentry work, repaired and painted drywall, and coordinated the installation of the new countertops as well as repurposing the granite from the kitchen to the basement bar area with the stone contractor. "Matt and his crew are incredible. ?Matt quickly responded to an email and came over the next day to look at the house and gave me an estimate and some new ideas. ?He provided me a detailed quote within the hour and he and the crew were at my house starting the job at 8 am the next day. ?They were able to get everything done within the week estimated timeline and Matt even came over on a Saturday to install the new blinds once they arrived. ?Also, the movers (from a different company) caused some damage to the freshly completed walls and paint and Matt arranged to have it fixed that afternoon (thanks Karlos!). ?I cannot recommend Matt and his crew enough, they are just amazing. ?I hope to use them again someday to redo the kitchen and bathroom. ?You will not regret hiring Matt."
