Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. "Davis Contracting was one of the few companies that called back and he came to see the job on the same day. Alexander has a fabulous team; they are craftsmen. They had to put my deck back together some of the crew did the power washing and some did repairs and some completed the building portion and some did the staining. This was a big job. They pressure washed two large decks repaired all necessary lumbar and stained everything. They also had to move lots of furniture. They were just terrific."
