"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. "Initially was called to check lack of cooling from system. They responded same day within a couple of hours. A leak was found in the condenser. We were given multiple options, all reasonably priced. Because of the age of the system and changes in the technology, we opted for a complete new system. They got the old system working at no cost so we would be comfortable in the heat before the new system arrived. They arrived as scheduled, removed the old system with no mess, surprisingly as it was an attic unit and had the new system in working in less than 8 hours. Everything was explained on operating the new unit, all aspects of the installation were first rate an the new system is working superbly."
