First I never saw the message of him telling me he was 5 min away so he just shows up at my door said he was there to cut the grass I showed him how to get to the back yard so that he could assess and let me how much it would cost . He then told me it was 30 dollars so he started removing the bikes and trash can out of his way . I asked him did he take card or cash he told me cash I said well I need to go and get cash because I didn’t have any he said okay I went right to the gas station 3 min from my house . when I came back home I saw rhe glass shattered. When I went out my front door because if I would have opened the back door it would have all fell to the ground the glass. So when I went around back and showed him he asked if my kids did it and I told him no . He asked was it already like that I said no because I opened it when you first got here ."

I am typically hands on as projects take place but found I never once had to intervene. "Needed to replace culvert and cover with asphalt. First - Jason came on-stie to look at the job. He explained the work needed and the process. J&K does not do asphalt but did arrange to have asphalt laid. Was extremely nice to deal only with Jason and not have to worry about finding someone to do the asphalt work separately. All included in one quote. Second â Received quote for the work promptly. Third â J&K Installed the culvert and new asphalt, completed in a reasonable time. Weather delays. Fourth â Found out there was a second problem which caused the old culvert to fail. Needed the drainage ditch cleaned out because over the years it had filled in with dirt. The water was not running as it should. Jason investigated what it would take to correct the issue and made a recommendation. Give us a quote for the work and start immediately. We are VERY satisfied with all the work they have done. Special note -J&K work crew cleaned up after themselves each day. One more thing I need to say about this job site. Exceedingly difficult because of the drainage issue, but Jason and his team stayed the course, took their time and the water is running off. Their work is very professional. Looks WONDERFULL. Would highly recommend J&K Gound Maintenance."
