"Great customer service! Josh and his team (Kevin and Chris - installers) were great from the first phone call until the house cooled down! Professional staff, took every precaution to keep our house clean while they worked, cleaned up afterwards....very customer focused. They met every timeline they provided. The ladies in the office staff were super friendly. Of note, it took a few days before we could get system installed. "Unlike another provider whom I did not hire, arrived exactly on time for the site survey. Worksite in Spotslyvania, VA, and I live in Arnold, MD, so about a 2 hr drive for me. Had a firm proposal within 24 hours, install was scheduled that day. On install day, technician arrived exactly on time, following all COVID precautions. Work was completed in slightly less time than he projected. Quality of the work was first rate. Left the house and area surrounding the work - install new heat pump outdoor unit and indoor unit in attic - cleaner than when they started. All three technicians who worked the project were just terrific. Friendly, respectful of the property, very informative. They made sure I understood the improvements they'd made to the ancillary portions of the system (e.g. drain pan and condensate drains from the attic), and worked through the new thermostat details as well. Everyone I'm came in contact with from Advanced Environment Solutions was professional, responsive and were truly interested in making sure I got what I needed. There is one other reason why I would implicitly trust these folks. When the president of the company (John Smith) came out to do the estimate, he carefully explained the various levels of the systems that would match the house. He did NOT try to "upsell" me on a system that was more expensive than the property warranted. He carefully explained the technical benefits of proposed upgrades to the drain systems and the need to install a path from the attic entrance to the interior unit for safety (agreed immediately). I'm a licensed mechanical engineer, and his explanations were complete and accurate.
