"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always answered all our questions. They quickly provided estimates for several different replacement system options covering a range of costs. The cost estimates were quite reasonable and they did not try to convince us to buy a more efficient system that would have been more expensive. While waiting for the installation, they were very helpful in keeping our old system running, coming out a couple of times at no extra cost to address problems that arose. The installation team arrived on schedule and worked carefully and efficiently. All the work was very nicely done. "I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. "Dave Lamb is both very customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems.  Dave advised me as to how to perform the preventive maintenance needed to maximize the life of our HVAC equipment.   He was very patient while answering all of my questions.  He found that the capacitor which is used to help start my furnace fan motor was defective and needing to be replaced.  He had the needed part in his truck which greatly expedited the needed repair job.  I found Dave to be a reliable and honest technician who charges very competitive rates for his work.  For greater piece of mind, next year, as soon as my current home buyers warranty expires, I will be switching to Assured Comfort for an annual HVAC maintenance service agreement. "

When Davey arrived he told us he was old school; he was about fixing the unit first and replacing it second (other companies went straight to replacing). His years of experience found a gas leak that Michael & Sons overlooked! They arrived as promised to install our heating and air conditioning unit and completed the installation quickly and professionally; much better than the original builder install. They also took care of registering the unit for us; also something that the original builder did not do. Would definitely recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling, LLC to fix or replace your unit.
