"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

Alex even applied the 5% discount for the installation as an Angie's List member... They got us in the same week! Paul and his crew came out and were there at 8AM sharp! Took care of everything in one day and even answered all the oddball questions I had! Walked me through everything they were doing and left the place cleaner than when they got there! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better install! With Trane having a 60 month 0% promotion going on it was really a no brainer! Replaced a 16 year old Trane dual fuel system with another Trane and hope I get another 15 years out of it! I hope the maintenance service is as good as the install and all that led up to it! "Unlike another provider whom I did not hire, arrived exactly on time for the site survey. Worksite in Spotslyvania, VA, and I live in Arnold, MD, so about a 2 hr drive for me. Had a firm proposal within 24 hours, install was scheduled that day. On install day, technician arrived exactly on time, following all COVID precautions. Work was completed in slightly less time than he projected. Quality of the work was first rate. Left the house and area surrounding the work - install new heat pump outdoor unit and indoor unit in attic - cleaner than when they started. All three technicians who worked the project were just terrific. Friendly, respectful of the property, very informative. They made sure I understood the improvements they'd made to the ancillary portions of the system (e.g. drain pan and condensate drains from the attic), and worked through the new thermostat details as well. Everyone I'm came in contact with from Advanced Environment Solutions was professional, responsive and were truly interested in making sure I got what I needed. There is one other reason why I would implicitly trust these folks. When the president of the company (John Smith) came out to do the estimate, he carefully explained the various levels of the systems that would match the house. He did NOT try to "upsell" me on a system that was more expensive than the property warranted. He carefully explained the technical benefits of proposed upgrades to the drain systems and the need to install a path from the attic entrance to the interior unit for safety (agreed immediately). I'm a licensed mechanical engineer, and his explanations were complete and accurate. In sum, a highly professional company, exacting standards of technical performance, they listen to their customers and their integrity is unmatched."

Replaced the heating elements in the water heater and wow, we have nice hot water again. Very pleased with their service."

"Called and was able to schedule a technician to come out to take a look the next day (for no estimate charge). When the technician, Andrew, came out, spent 20 minute to look at the system. Diagnose that the strip heat relay failed and needed to be replaced. I agreed with the quoted price (for both labor and part). Overall I enjoyed the experience. The customer service was professional and friendly and was able to get an appointment the next day. I asked for a 30 minutes heads-up phone call before the technician came and the company was happy to comply. Andrew was punctual, friendly, and professional at the initial and follow up visit to install the part. With the $25 discount for Angie's member, the total cost came out to be $154. For about an hour of labor (travel and on-site) for two visits and the part, the price seems to be fair. I like that the company does not charge for inspecting the problem. Most company only waive the service call if customer decided to use its service. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely use the company again!"
