Kaye was very prompt returning my call and expediting the work assignment. They provided same day service minimizing suffering in the extreme heat. She was also enjoyable to talk too. Bill, the service guy was the same. He was also very easy to talk to and sensitive to the need to repair the unit rather than replace it if cost effective to do so.

These guys were very professional. Stacy who looked at the job for an estimate told me off the bat that he has the lowest prices in town and by the end of the estimate, he was right compared to other estimates I had. Scheduled to job the following week. The owner and the whole crew arrived on time and install a 3 ton A/C unit and a 1 ton split AC unit in a single day as promised. The cleanup was superb. Job well done. Payment was also easy. They even did all the leg work to register my equipment for warranty purposes and mailed me the paperwork. My previous installer did not do this and my system was not under warranty. I highly recommend this company and have already did to a few friends of mine. They even fixed a disconnected exhaust vent for me at no additional cost.

Stacy, the guy that came out to collect information so he could give us our quote is absolutely fabulous, he is very personable. I had so many questions and he was very prompt at answering any questions I had. The owner of the company actually installed our unit, he is so nice as well, they did such a great job!! I highly recommend this company, this company has great customer service, you just don't see this kind of customer service now days😊The pricing beat the other two companies that we had come out for quotes by far!!!😊 We purchased a Payne unit, it's so quiet I don't know it's even running until I feel the air blowing on me😁.
