"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

"Paul and Andrew diagnosed that the back porch lamp had a rusted the socket.  They went to a building supply store, bought a similar fixture to the one that needed to be replaced, and were back quickly to install it.
They worked efficiently and professionally and were very personable. 
They also gave me a quote for what it would cost to replace the other outside light fixtures, which was very reasonable.  We will be calling them again for future electrical work.

I checked out reviews on this company before hiring them and they have top notch reviews. After the install (with which they showed up with 4 trucks and 5 installers) because we had 2 zones. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"The installation went great.  Jamie was professional, true to his time estimate, and did what we believe was quality work.  Everything fell off the wheels with the inspection process.  During the estimate, Jamie told me the process included the inspector coming out at the end of the installation so he could turn power back on.  The power came back on at 4pm Friday, but no inspector.  That was when Jamie told me he had rescheduled inspector for Monday (now I need to be home another day - too late for me to call and change work arrangements easily).  Monday at 9:30am, I get a call that the inspector will come Tuesday.  I can't support Tuesday (not that I was asked). So inspector comes Wednesday.  And we fail the inspection.  Jamie is unavailable by phone, inspector leaves.  Now I have to make arrangements for Jamie to return and for inspector to return - again.  We finish the chaos 7 days later. Instead of an apology for messing up my work schedule for an entire week, I get a load of grousing about how this is all the inspectors fault.
While I do believe we have a quality product in the end and I do believe the inspection issue was minor, I am the one who paid a seven day price for the misunderstanding not Mister Sparky.  The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.  I won't be using them again.

"There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.
