Very professional, and prices were reasonable. We only had to wait three weeks for the install, and they did a beautiful job!

Worst experience I ever had. Shower head was installed too high for my wife to reach. Shower curtain bar was installed too low, 69 inches. I am 75 inches tall and I have to duck to get under it. and almost fell the first time I entered. Called the company and Kleily, project manager, came to see what could be done. She agreed it was a problem and suggested a couple remedies. Called the next day and told me her supervisor said there was nothing they could do. I asked Kleily to have her boss call me. I have not heard from him 6 days later. I called Richard, my salesman but he has not responded past an email saying he was busy. They have been paid in full and it appears they do not stand behind their promises. I would suggest anyone who is considering doing business with Long, run away quickly.

A wanted bathroom with tub changed to a shower. The price was what I expected until the rebates they have cut thousands. Will contact them again for future renovations.

They make statements that they know are not true. Then they lie about them.

Completed the install of our bath tub in one day or 8 1/2 hours. Workers maintaining cleanliness. I love the tub it’s deeper than I thought

The color of paint we provided was off. Although he had finished, he realized my mistake, showed me the correct paint and repainted the patch. He was pleasant the entire time he was here.

Long Windows did great work installing our new windows and doors years ago. They honor their lifetime warranty and have been very responsive whenever we had had minor issues over the years. We love the windows and doors but their customer service in the subsequent years is what makes me wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Our window repair was handled on schedule in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the work performed.

I give the customer service 5stars just not sure if the product matched price. Great customer service is worth me paying a little extra. Nothing worse than poor customer service.
