They spent about four hours deep cleaning the home and it smelled so much better and looked gorgeous. These ladies are courteous, extremely hard working, and know how to make a home look more appealing! The difference with this company though is their form of communication. AAA Custom Care LLCThe job went very well and after drying out with fans, de-humidifiers etc. they came back next day to ensure everything was dry and then treated the carpet etc. with the anti-fungus spray.They responded to my emergency, saved my carpet and left the room better than before the water incident. They even used a floral application to give the room a great clean smell.They even called back a week later just to check that everything was OK and that I was a satisfied customer. It was effortless. I contact Rick's less than a week before Thanksgiving. I informed them I was having family in town and over to our house for the holiday, but due to previous pet incidents I needed the carpeting/padding all replaced on the main level of my townhouse. For no additional charge they came within 4 days and did it all in one day. The workers were so studious it was unbelievable. They are hard-working and skilled at what they do. Called the office Sunday afternoon and they were here Monday morning. They explained the process and interface with insurance clearly and answered my rambling questions. Ended up being a dry out that lasted until the following Saturday. Personnel came every day to check equipment and document progress, making for easy reporting to insurance. Based on this, would be my first call for this part of the restoration process, and my preference to complete rebuild (if they didn't have such a large backlog on that front). Thank you for restoring control of the problem so professionally!
