"Vanguard Roofing was our 2nd choice, so there was no work done. The issue was on our end, not Vanguards, as to why we chose someone else. I would have no problem recommending them to others, which I already have done. They were very helpful in understanding and explaining how a high wind-resistance roof is installed. "I left a message on New Year's Eve. Dallas showed up on New Year's Day and provided me with options and provided a quote, including informing me that as a veteran, I was eligible for a rebate for the roof that I choose. He was very polite and professionally answered all my questions. New roof was installed four days later, by a hardworking crew who showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. "I noticed a leak on my ceiling after a bad storm and Tim came out the next day to inspect and talk through my options. He was knowledgeable about the HOA regulations in my neighborhood too. I went with a full replacement and Iâ m so glad I did because it turned out great and now I have peace of mind since my previous roof was original. "I had one shingle that had a crack in it. David Reed recommanded caulking the crack with asphalt caulk which he went ahead and did. David evaluated the current shingles and said they were 20 year shingles and I had about five years of use left. The shingles had some hail damage but all in all the shingles were okay. Outstanding customer service, David came on time, repaired the shingle and evaluated the rest of the shingled roof. Provided ball park estimate on replacing the entire shingled roof."

"Great work. Was able to get me scheduled within 48hrs of him coming by to inspect the roof. Work was done to our satisfaction. Repair was needed in several places on the roof and as new homeowners we just wanted repair that would be done right without any price gauging. Very reasonable in pricing.
