He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. They were not the cheapest bid, but worth it for the skilled workmanship. This is the second project we have hired them to do, and I would recommend them for any work where drainage is important."

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. "The crew (of three) was truly top notch. They arrived timely, dug to the foundation sill across the entire front of the house to discover the extent of the damage (limited to cinder blocks at the two front corners of the house). Bad blocks were replaced, any wholes or cracks sealed. Some tuckpointing was added. The entire stack of cinder foundation blocks was then covered with a water-proof substance, then plastic. The dirt which had been removed was then replaced. This crew was quick, thorough, efficient. Project started on a Monday, and was done in less than two work days."
