"They did an excellent job of waterproofing our foundation, burying downspouts, and replacing a patio to guarantee drainage away from the house. Most of our interaction was with the crew foreman. He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. They were not the cheapest bid, but worth it for the skilled workmanship. This is the second project we have hired them to do, and I would recommend them for any work where drainage is important."

"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. "Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call Appleton Campbell when needing home repairs, this is our 3rd project they’ve taken care of. Thanks again"

The majority of the mold was on the side of my house, but the salesperson made a strong pitch about the need to waterproof the front of my home by digging up the garden down to the foundation. My wife was largely convinced, so we went ahead with the $8000 project. Six months later, the insulation behind the waterproofed front of the house is sopping wet. When the salesperson came back to my home to take a look, his explanation was that the water probably came up through the floor. His words were along the lines of "99% of the time the water comes up through the front." At this point, I feel like I have an expensive solution to a problem I didn't really have."

"Our deck caught fire last summer and we contracted Chris Heinz to do the rebuilding and replacement of our fire-damaged exterior. Chris was wonderful to work with! He worked with our insurance company tirelessly and also kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew removed our old deck and siding, and built a new deck, a landing and stairs off our kitchen, installed a new sliding door and four windows, replaced our siding and trim, and installed new outdoor lighting. There were a few delays due to the pandemic and materials being readily unavailable from one of the manufacturers, but the timeframe was reasonable given the circumstances. Chris and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. We love our beautiful new deck and the new siding and trim. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by! We will definitely go to Chris next time we need work on our house and recommend him to everyone!"

Throughout the entire process, they were making mistakes. I now need to pay another company to fix the mess they left behind. I would strongly suggest not using this company!"
