On the day of the French drain and French drain extension installation, the crew was prompt and immediately started the job. I was pleased with their professionalism as well and they worked very hard to excavate the dirt and install the French drain components. Upon completion of the amazing work, I observed the workers reassembling my yard and also cleaned up my driveway of any loose rocks. "I hired RLD Builders to construct a retaining wall that needed replaced before we could repave the driveway. RLD Builders came in with a competitive price and won the job. What was to take a few weeks turned into a three month ordeal. The county permit process caused hurdle after hurdle to get the permits but Rafe kept on the county and we finally got the permits and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We then put the house on the market for sale and had moved to our new out-of-the-area location. The hot water tank in the basement decided to let loose causing major damage to the basement. This is where RLD Builders exceeded our expectations. Rafe and his crew jumped in and cleaned up the water damage, worked with the insurance agents to get approvals, and completely rebuilt our basement. "We had some flooding in our basement this summer/fall due to problems with inadequate drainage in our backyard, including under our deck. Troy gave us an excellent analysis of how to address the problem in the most efficient way. They dug a French Drain system to capture the water from the hill in the backyard that slopes towards the house as well as tying in 2 house downspouts. All of the water is now channeled underground away from the house foundation, which exits from a pop-up drain into a swale. The excavated soil was installed and compacted under the deck and around the house foundation and sloped to prevent water from reaching the house. He also connected us with his deck sub-contractor to remove the deck boards (necessary for the work) and then replace them afterwards. All the work was scheduled and completed in timely and excellent fashion and Troy was great to work with. I would strongly recommend them for any type of landscaping work to address drainage issues."

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"Adam and mike did a great job helping with our project. We needed a room and bathroom in the basement finished for our mother in law who was going to be staying with us for a while. We had several contractors give estimates all for similar scopes of work. Picture Perfect had a better price than two of the contractors and the other guy who was lower didn't seem to understand our needs. From selecting paint to tile, fixtures and new carpet, Adam and mike made the process easy and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We waited about two weeks before the project started, I felt like we were given a very realistic timeframe for how long the project would take. The crews showed up on time and were polite and worked fast and efficient. As a whole the project was amazing. The crews work was very clean and neat. We were impressed mostly with the painters and tile installers. The quality of the craftsmanship was impressive. The last day we had carpet installed in the smaller bedroom, they had a great selection of products in stock ranging in quality and color. The carpet crew was in and out in a few hours and cleaned up nicely."

"I enjoyed working with this company. The helped with some many projects. I had some small leaking into my basement that got a small corner section of carpet wet. John suggested to install a french drain system to the outside which seems to be working really well. They did a spray out in the basement (loved the smell) cleaned my vents and carpet. Great Company and would highly recommend them.
