"I had the original siding removed, had insulation board installed and wrapped and then installed new vinyl siding on the whole house. They also wrapped all of the trim. Stronghold s service was amazing and we just love how the house looks now. They also addressed all areas of concern for me. I now feel like my house is properly sealed and insulated from the outside. "This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!

"I replaced the gutters on my home  and it was discovered that there was no drip edge on one section of the roof and the edge of the roof was rotted on both sides. I had someone else look in the attic and the insulation was wet.  At the time it was thought that there was some insulation with asbestos because of its appearance and the age of the house.  I received an estimate that was very expensive and was very upset to say the least.  I found Young Environmental Services on Angie's List and read the reviews.  Since others said he was willing to explain processes to you, I called.  Mr. Young answered, listened to my description of the problem, explained the process to remove asbestos and then referred me to a reputable company for testing my house.  As it turns out, I do not have asbestos but if I had I feel confident I would have used Mr. Young to remedy the situation.

"There were complications and it lingered on for four months. The initial installers cut corners and they were very sloppy. They had to do some caulking and the caulking was third rate. They left a mess on the front stoop that another person had to come and clean up. I had side lights put in this door and one of them had a small dent in it and one of the initial installers didn't mention it. I had to have the side light replaced so they had to pull the whole door apart because of the way it comes and re-do the entire door. That took a couple of months. It took longer to get the side light from them and get in installed than the initial door and side lights. I would never use them again. They had to come out and fix things over time. They had cancelled two times on the same day. The owner of the company was professional."
