He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. "I had my kitchen renovated in Jan 2016 and Prince William Plumbing did the plumbing work which was fine. In hooking up the new sink they installed a new garbage disposal as well. In Feb 2017, I noticed that there was a small leek coming from something under the sink. I was very disappointed. I called on a Friday (sent pictures from my phone to the office) and John (the owner) came out early Monday morning. He discovered that it was the garbage disposal that was dripping. I believe Prince William Plumbing warrants work for a year but since it had been 13 months, John replaced the garbage disposal (which was warranted for 5 years) and did not charge me for his time. He was prompt in fixing the problem. I believe the two men I have worked with at different times gave me respect as a woman and was willing to take the time to educate me on the course of action."

"French drain was installed with drain boxes, berm installed near property line, sump pump installed into new drain, top soil added in disturbed areas, grass seed/straw over same. Company told me they'd be back to be sure grass was growing plus I needed more top soil and a cap is missing from sump pump line, but had no repeat visit -- this is my only complaint. The drain held up during/after recent big storm. Berm is deteriorating due to storm and more grass seed was needed before storm. Otherwise, I am very pleased. Company owner and workers were very pleasant. He explained process as work progressed. They're a little expensive, but it was a job well done."

Grind the floor down to make it level so it could have a slant to go down away from the rain water from my garage. Used commercial rubber seals around the edges, all around and the driveways."

"Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"
