"The smart company manager Yavor made an excellent job. He knows everything about pools and the latest technological development of this industry. On the top of this he knows all needy greedy details about pool constructions and could make himself practically any part of this job. This allows him to have a subcontractors who really know their specific job. He also explain us all the special details about the pool - because we did not know anything about it. It is real pleasure to work with him and he is very responsive and attentive to client need. The praise of the swimming pool construction we got from Yavor (Smart Co) was 40% less then from any other big company interviewed on this topic. I was worry initially that we will later have some additional payments coming up alone. But this did not happened and he keep the construction within an initial budget. In addition, I have checked on internet that all equipment he installed us - engines, filter, water purification, pump, etc. are on upper praise edge.... The relatively low praise of pool construction did not come as a result of some equipment cheating but as a result of well organized management and deep knowledge of the pool equipment market. It took time to build the pool with all VA and Fairfax country permits and weather conditions but final project look great and worth all the money and efforts. We strongly recommend Smart management group if you want to have a swimming pool."

"I worked with Tom Bowers and Tyler Swavely with Anthony & Sylvan to design and build a pool in our new house. Due to the public health emergency, we unfortunately knew we were not going to be able to have a big birthday party for my daughter. So, in building the pool, I asked Anthony & Sylvan up front if we would be able to have the pool complete and ready to swim by her birthday for a small family birthday pool party. "Travis Lane made a great first impression when we initially met. It was apparent from his preliminary questions at the first site visit, that he cared about his clients needs. We have a small, tight backyard which was always wet so we hardly used it. Our goals were to install a swimming pool, resolve drainage issues and replace lawn with plants, and hardscaping. Travis Lane brought us a preliminary design that would fit our needs and our budget. His hardscape and swimming pool design was on point for our wishes and we made minimal changes to his primary drawings. Travis submitted his professional plans to the county and our HOA and they were easily approved. During the course of construction Travis Lane started on time and was always here when he said he would be here. We did hit more rock than expected during the excavation which increased costs beyond the contingency in the budget. This took us over budget but was unavoidable to get the pool we wanted. We were out of town during excavation and so didn't have to listen to the hammers that week. After enjoying for a year and a half now, we have so much more use of our backyard for all seasons. My husband uses the spa pretty much every day after his daily bicycle ride after work. The pool is a great way to cool off when its really hot in the summer too. Travis made a custom stone bench with gas fireplace. The year round use for this is awesome! Travis was also able to give us a small negative edge on the pool. This is a great place to sit next to and drown the sound of the neighbors out. The plants incorporated in the design are filling in very nicely and provide us with color throughout the growing season. Some shrubs/trees died after installation (which took place in hot weather) but they were replaced under warranty. A few of the replaced plants perished, and we are learning what thrives in different parts of the yard. We enjoy all the visiting pollinators, which we did not have before. All in all Travis was great to work with. He and his crews worked very hard and the craftsmanship is amazing. After a year and a half, we notice no wear in the paved patio, plaster, and masonry work. Early in the project we found times when Travis did not communicate plans well, but this improved over time. We would recommend him for a design and build project. The end results demonstrate real craftsmanship and the integrity of his work is evidence of his experience in the industry."
