"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. "My basement had mold and evidence of water damage in July/August, and I was referred to Exterior Waterproofing Experts. The majority of the mold was on the side of my house, but the salesperson made a strong pitch about the need to waterproof the front of my home by digging up the garden down to the foundation. My wife was largely convinced, so we went ahead with the $8000 project. Six months later, the insulation behind the waterproofed front of the house is sopping wet. When the salesperson came back to my home to take a look, his explanation was that the water probably came up through the floor. His words were along the lines of "99% of the time the water comes up through the front." At this point, I feel like I have an expensive solution to a problem I didn't really have."

The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Their ability to get inspections and necessary permits so smoothly made the entire experience stress-free for us. "Very, very disappointing experience; Lux replaced the foundation of my 1850 log cabin. The design was bad, the communication was bad, the execution was bad. Throughout the entire process, they were making mistakes. I now need to pay another company to fix the mess they left behind. I would strongly suggest not using this company!"

"Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year, so I contacted Advanced Environment Solutions for a bid. I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. Still I felt compelled to leave a review for AES and Tammy to highlight their professionalism and service-oriented approach. WiIll absolutely consider AES for future projects."

Their on site team did everything they could to keep the work place clean and tidy so as disrupt our home life as little as possible. Team leadership kept us informed and made sure our questions were answered promptly. They are excellent tradesmen with exceptional skills. I’d give them 10 stars if I could."
