"Generally, they clean  very well.  However, there are some things that bother me. They could clean the corners of the rooms where the floors meet the walls more carefully.  Also, they nick the walls of my staircase, both with their equipment and their hands -- so I have black marks and grease stains up and down the staircase and on other walls in my hallway.  When I try to remove the marks, the paint comes off too, and then the walls look worse!  I am very disappointed that the gals cannot seem to go up and down my stairs without touching the walls.  I seem to be able to do it all the time.  Oh, and I live alone so I know that there is no one else touching the walls.  Perhaps their equipment is too heavy and they need to brace themselves against the wall as they go up and down.. However, that should not be the case.  If it is, they need lighter equipment in my opinion.   I just don't see the reason to be touching any of my walls with their bare hands or equipment -- and leaving marks.  Some of my walls have been freshly painted.  And I also do not subscribe to the theory that "over-time" this time of wear and tear happens.   If you have children, perhaps yes.  But I live alone and there are no children.  Anyway, they do a good job cleaning the Master bedroom bathroom -- a much better job after earlier.  And whoever is coming now is to be commended for doing such a nice job with keeping the grout around the bathtub clean and nice and white. Thank you!   If not for the marking of the walls, I would give them a much higher rating.  Thank you.
