Customer service was great. The tech arrived early, was very friendly and answered all my questions. He installed a new EZ Breathe for our basement. He was done removing the old unit and putting in the new one in about half an hour. he also took the time to show me how the new one works. I felt very comfortable with the directions he gave me and we are already seeing the difference with the new unit...

I actually needed a full waterproofing including a sump pump. From Frank the inspector, Nate who installed the E-Z Breathe, Fred and his crew who did the labor/work to Emily who called every day that the project was being done made me feel like I was part of their family. They answered any question that I had during the installs along with easing my concerns about any of the plants that were near the house. I'm very pleased with the finished project!

Jason came to inspect the sub pumps to make sure they were running properly and noticed some cracks and set up an appointment to come back and fix them , with in the next week he was here filling in the cracks I have never had any problems with Everdry Waterproofing they're always friendly and will go the extra mile to get things done . Jason was very friendly , professional and did a wonderful job .

We had EverDry waterproof our basement at the end of September. So far we have been highly satisfied with the work that was done. Our basement has been 100% dry. We have a few cracks that we wanted taken care of. Nate arrived promptly at our house today (11/19) and took care of everything. He explained why there were cracks, which are normal. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Thanks, Nate!

I had Everdry do my basement over 20 years ago and I have never had a problem. The basement has been dry ever since and when I do have an issue, they have been there to help including a recent visit for a simple replacement of a vent cover for my EZ Breathe system by Brandon and Cody. Great communication and on schedule.

I first spoke with Mike and he explained everything and pricing and full details of what needed to be done. He had a lot of patience with all of my questions and Cody and crew came out and worked very hard and completed the job within the day and never left our property during the day and it was a hot day. My inside of the garage looks so much better and the issue has been resolved and our house has currently three sump pumps and I was told that if one broke down they would come out to fix it with our warranty. I would highly recommend this company and the employees work very hard and arrived early and explained everything during the project.

Been over 4 years since we had Everdry out to help with my mother's basement. Prior to having them come out every spring or heavy rain we'd have at least a foot of water in the basement. After our first meeting with the representative we were impressed with there professionalism and responviness . There price seemed fair so after checking with some of there referrals and reviews online we decided to have them do the job. From start to finish they performed above and beyond our expectations. There time frame was met. They cleaned up daily and answered any questions we had. And most importantly there were no surprises or extra charges. The price we contracted at is what we paid. We highly recommend there service plan. This is only the 2nd time we've had to use it in 4 years. It was on a Saturday this time and they had someone here within a couple hours and resolved the problem. The individual was respectful, answered our questions and we were highly satisfied

I had small water leak in my basement. I called and got a quick response with an appointment with Justin. He was very professional and explained the entire process to me indicating what he was putting on the walls and where the water was coming from. he also informed me that there would be a return visit to "clean" up the materials because they need to set. he returned today and my basement wall is completely smooth with the materials used. he was very punctual and professional. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism on the install and any follow-up issues.
