Showed up did the work in less than 40 mins carpet cleaned!!!! very professional, offered services but didn't slam me for additional things like spot treatment or carpet repair etc. Price was what was quoted over the phone. "Kevin did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning the carpets of the home I was renting. As part of my lease, I had to get the carpets professionally cleaned prior to move out. I called A2z Action Carpet Cleaning after reading his reviews and was beyond thrilled with the service he provided. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and gave me a fair quote right from the beginning. He took his time and made the carpets look brand new again. I am so grateful to have called someone that treats their customers like family. I cannot recommend Kevin and A2z Action Carpet Cleaning enough!"

"We had a carpet that looked terrible with wrinkles etc. I thought I needed to get new carpet. Wayne from Sweep Clean came out today and stretched the carpet. It looks like new. He was professional and did a wonderful job. It looks like new carpet. He arrived on time and put everything back in order, even the furniture my husband and I had taken out of the room I would highly recommend Sweep Clean if you have carpet problems."

"Two employees arrived on time and cleaned the house thoroughly. All the carpets were vacuumed and bathrooms were cleaned. Even the trash can liners in the bathrooms were changed. Over all great job done by Angela's Cleaning Service. We will be calling again for a cleaning when we are ready in a couple months.

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Wool rugs respond well to light steam cleaning. Steam cleaning can help lift the dirt out of a wool rug and eliminate odors. However, because wool rugs are so absorbent, excessive moisture can lead to mold and mildew growth, so you’ll need to be cautious with the amount of steam being used, and avoid steam cleaning more than once a year to protect the rug’s fibers.

Vinegar is great at lifting food-based stains from carpets and upholstery, but some people prefer to avoid using this strong-smelling cleaner out of fear that the scent will linger long after getting rid of the spot. If you're not afraid of the pungent smell, try mixing equal parts vinegar and water in a spray bottle in place of the DIY solution we suggested above. Then, use these tips to remove the smell of vinegar from your home.

To remove odor from a leather couch, let's focus first on what not to do.

A quick Google search may suggest using vinegar to do the job—don't. The acid will dry out anything made of leather. A better DIY option is to sprinkle a little baking soda on your sofa and let it rest for a few hours. Afterward, vacuum it up with a soft-attachment brush. You can also try airing your sofa by opening windows or leaving it outside for a few hours in a clean, dry space.

Stains can be removed from couches by spot-cleaning them with the appropriate solution. Check your upholstery tag below the cushions or under your couch for the right spot-cleaning solution. In some cases, you may also be able to remove the upholstery covers and throw them in the wash on a gentle cycle.

A carpet cleaner uses steam to penetrate the fibers of your carpet and remove dirt, while a carpet shampooer uses a detergent to clean the carpet’s surface. These are both efficient methods of cleaning your carpet, but steam cleaners do a better job of sanitizing the surface of the carpet.
