Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. All of them were more expensive and none gave us the confidence he did. The work was done under the time estimated and for the exact amount of the quote. Mark came three times to check on progress, and even gave us some groundcover to plant for holding the new soil in place.
