"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. Matthew from Air Specialist listened and addressed all of our concerns about UV lights, and gave us information about each type on the market and which ones would address our concerns. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."

"I have always used MADD Air. They have, without a doubt, the most incredible customer service I've ever been on the receiving end of. I called after hours last night knowing I would be leaving a message. I figured they would call the next day, (today~ xmas eve) Wrong. They called me back within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Camilio arrived promptly (early actually after calling to see if he could start prior to the scheduled time) and figured out my issue. He had everything completed within the hour. He's a wonderful addition to the MADD Air team!! Top notch as always. Thanks MADD Air!!"

"They showed up on time, excellent communication throughout the process. They looked everything over, it's in good shape, but they had some recommendations. Having some additional work done. I was considering a mini-split, but their recommendations will save me about $3,000. I'm a fan!"

"Andres was very helpful and friendly. My AC was not blowing cold air and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I appreciated the time he took to explain what he noticed and the tips that he gave me to make sure my unit will continue to last."

"Felipe did an excellent job troubleshooting and repairing an AC central unit problem and rather quickly. It is obvious this man has been doing this for a long time and his professionalism was impecable. Cost and time to repair were fair while there was no cost for the visit and diagnosis. Felipe has also helped me in a rental property troubleshooting unrelated issues on a very old AC unit. I will continue to request his service in the future and highly recommend his AC and Heating expertise."
