"AC Review When my AC quit, I called my Home Owner’s Warranty. They assigned a service provider, who said the condenser along with the furnace had to be replaced. They gave me a quote that seemed high, but it came with a “90 day price match guarantee”. I checked Angie’s List to get more info. Brent called immediately, and I told him what I needed. Based on my explanation, he gave me a ballpark estimate that was far less than the other bid. The HOW’s contractor was ready to start the same day. We were hot, in a hurry, and had the price match guarantee; so we told them to go ahead. Brent said he would still write a proposal for us if I gave him the specs. I sent a list of the work items with the model no. of the unit, but Brent did not carry that model. He would have to call the manufacturer for pricing info; so could he just quote the equipment he had. I thought it was important to have the same model for a valid comparison. Brent took the extra time to get the pricing, and still did not charge for the estimate. When I received Brent’s proposal, I submitted it for the price match. At one point the provider agreed to return the difference between Brent’s bid and the final amount I had paid but they refused to account for the HOW allowance, which I believed they received from the HOW company. The next day they called back and said they would not honor the price match after all. They claimed the bid I submitted was not “legitimate” rather, it was just a copy of their proposal and the technician had not actually been onsite. Again Brent was willing to come to my home and give me another estimate. Above is the short version with just the main facts. There were many calls and text messages, and Brent was extremely very helpful the entire time. If I ever need any AC work in the future, I will hire Brent. I wholeheartedly recommend Air Specialist!"

"Over the past nine years I had fifteen AC vendors with fancy advertising fail to fix condensation in the cramped attic and unbalanced air flow in the house. I spent lots of money on small fixes and one large - a brand new HVAC. Still, trouble continued with the dripping water, mildew, and mold. Punbar's team came here on the recommendation of a home inspector and studied the problem with technical measurements like no one else ever did before. Their complete renovation and reinstallation solution seems to be working very fine after six weeks. Thanks Punbar."

"Andres was very helpful and friendly. My AC was not blowing cold air and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I appreciated the time he took to explain what he noticed and the tips that he gave me to make sure my unit will continue to last."

"I've had the opportunity to hire the services of Texas AC and Heating a few times now. The first time it was during a summer, Felipe and his team came and knew what the problem with my unit was within a few minutes. They ordered the parts and I had my AC running again very quickly. The second time, my unit had to be replaced. They were very reasonable with the price and the job was done wonderfully. Felipe has since done the tune-up of my unit and it's working wonderfully. I would recommend Felipe and his team to anyone. Felipe is very professional and gets the job done. Your unit will be in great hands!"

They were incredibly professional, explained the problem clearly, and repaired it the same day. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. "Affordable ac service is amazing. My ac system went down during the middle of summer. Jose replaced my ac system in a couple days for half the price of other places.
