Named after his daughter, Maddy, Madd Air-Heating and Cooling is locally owned and operated by Charles Enriquez. Proud Kingwood residents, we strive to give back to the community we live and work in. It’s important to us that we provide fast, quality service at the lowest possible price. “Unfortunately, the air conditioning and heating industry is inundated with contractors that perform substandard work at inflated prices, only to disappear once they collect their money. We have to constantly go behind those contractors, to not only correct their work but restore the customer’s faith in the air conditioning and heating industry. We were so worried about our daughter and her kids because the heating system went out and it’s been below freezing weather..it was 54* in their house..we contacted Madd Air Heating & Cooling and within 2 hours they sent Camilo out who quickly found the issue.. (Zone sensor was bad), he replaced it and the house was already warming up when he left!! He was so kind and professional.. our daughter now has a go to air/heating company that she’ll use for those services.. Two days before Christmas and Madd blessed our family!! And the price was amazingly reasonable!! Thank you so much for your quick response and getting heat back to our daughter and grandjoys!! Merry Christmas and a very blessed New Year!!

Excellent. MADD arrived within 2 hrs. (Saturday), diagnosed the problem. Let me know what the problem was and how much it was going to cost. Didn't blow smoke up my (you know what) and didn't try to upsell. Highly recommended and thankful for Camilo's professionalism. Well done and happy client!

Was having issue with A/C not working. Technician was excellent and stayed with us until the issue was found (a leak) we were unclear at first because of some recent construction in house if it was actually a leak or if we had restricted air flow. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

My first time to use this company & was extremely pleased with the service. The young technician, Justin, called ahead & arrived as scheduled. Very professional, personable & extremely knowledgeable about the system. He set my thermostat to heat & cool ranges so it would perform automatically & no need to be adjusting it all the time (yea!) It works perfectly. I look forward to a MADD visit 2 x a year!

Our repairman Jonathan came out, quickly determined what the problem was and replaced a part which was still under warranty. Very helpful staff and would definitely call Madd Air again in the future for any repairs.

The reason you're seeing 5 stars is because they TRULY deserve it! Madd AC is RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and HONEST! It's difficult to find a business true to their word and we're so grateful to have cross paths with MADD AC! Charlie, Isaac, and Sam guided us through the process and actually SAVED us money from a quote that we received from another company. Sam and Isaac arrived promptly- assessed our issue, educated us with if/how/what happened , completed the issue in a timely manner and saving us from this TEXAS heat! These guys are just amazing. They replaced our upstairs unit last year and our downstairs unit about a week ago. They are always on time and have great communication between the office staff and the guys on the road. We had a couple of little issues after this last install. It was 9pm on a Sunday night and Justin dropped everything and headed right over to get us fixed up....pretty impressive for Labor Day weekend as well! Charlie, Justin and Sam are just about as honest and reliable as they come. You won’t be disappointed!!

MADD Air can really take care of a mad hot family, quickly! We have AHS, but were extremely disappointed in all of their "vendors", so we called MADD Air, and we have been hooked ever since. They not only beat the price of the home warranty price, but the guys at MADD Air are actually NICE and HONEST!!! Justin, Sam, and Heather have all been AMAZING!! We could not be happier with every single experience that we have had, whether it was a phone call, their service visit, and even when I got the bill!! Another FABULOUS visit from my MADD AIR family today performing a maintenance check and inspection on my Comfortmaker AC they installed in 2018. Passed with flying colors, thanks to having a company that truly knows what they're doing. Joseph was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and a HUGE plus was that he didn't mind the dogs barking at him. LOL If you are looking for a company that will offer you all of the above for your HVAC needs, don't hesitate in giving them a call. I promise from my experience over the past 2 years, they don't just sell you a product and then walk away. Charlie and the MADD AIR TEAM back what they do and stand behind it every step of the way. Sam and JJ from Madd Air arrived at my house within an hour of when I put the service call in. After saying our hello's they went right to work and had the diagnoses with 5 minutes. They fixed the problem and even repaired some mis-wirings from a previous company I used a few years back. Sam showed me the wiring issue and how he is going to fix it. They were done within 30 minutes of arriving. Sam and JJ were very courteous and professional. I will always recommend Madd Air to any of my friends and family. Make sure you ask for Sam.

You know you've hired the right air conditioner company when the owner brings you a portable a/c at 9:30 at night because the inside of your house is 90 degrees. And the owner's wife sends you a bag full of BarkBox treats for your dogs. If you need a/c repair from an A+ rated company on Angie's List, Google +, Yelp, Facebook and the BBB, call Charlie or Laurie at Madd-Air. (company named after his daughter Maddie <3) Be sure to tell them I sent you!

MADD A/C came highly recommended and I now know why. I have a house on the market in NE Texas and I now libe in another state. My realtor recommended MADD and the a negative occurence turned into a positive experience thanks to the long distance assistance from Heather in the office and Sam with the repairs. If there were grades higher than A, MADD would have gotten those in every category. Thank- you isn't enough.

This company is the best! Justin, the technician, is knowledgeable and doesn't try to get you to pay for something you don't need. Heather, in the office, is polite and courteous and they return phone calls in a timely manner and are quick to get to your house when you have an issue. I wouldn't use another company to fix my AC.

Madd Air-Heating and Cooling is the very best a/c company. They respond quickly and efficiently. We bought 2 a/c units 5 years ago and service is excellent, prices are reasonable. Charlie and Laurie are great honest people and I'm so grateful for a professional a/c company in this miserable Texas heat.

Our central AC had stopped working. Madd AC came to our home on a Sunday morning on short notice. We were concerned that we might have to replace the entire AC/Heat system as it is pretty old. It would have been easy for them to sell us a new unit. Instead, MADD AC replaced a simple safety switch which was causing the problem. We are very happy with the response, service and integrity and will recommend them to all our friends!

FANTASTIC! Started with Heather’s very pleasant personality and service when I called. Sam provided great recommendations and throughly explained every option, his service and follow up is impeccable. He is very professional and respectful. The installation crew was polite, I was really impressed at how well they worked as a team and every person seemed to know their role well.
