"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. Matthew from Air Specialist listened and addressed all of our concerns about UV lights, and gave us information about each type on the market and which ones would address our concerns. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."

"They showed up on time, excellent communication throughout the process. They looked everything over, it's in good shape, but they had some recommendations. Having some additional work done. I was considering a mini-split, but their recommendations will save me about $3,000. I'm a fan!"

"I submitted a request through Angi for AC repair and Akko Air Conditioning was 1 of 7 calls I received. This company was the only one that interested me. The owner was very open and honest. I explained I took the day off to get the AC fixed and he made it happen. The price he quoted me was far the best and most reasonable out of all the quotes I received. He texted when he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. He communicated throughout the process keeping me informed of when it would be completed. He is very friendly and humble. I 100% recommend this company. Please call them for your AC needs, you will not be disappointed!!!"

"I've had the opportunity to hire the services of Texas AC and Heating a few times now. The first time it was during a summer, Felipe and his team came and knew what the problem with my unit was within a few minutes. They ordered the parts and I had my AC running again very quickly. The second time, my unit had to be replaced. They were very reasonable with the price and the job was done wonderfully. Felipe has since done the tune-up of my unit and it's working wonderfully. I would recommend Felipe and his team to anyone. Felipe is very professional and gets the job done. Your unit will be in great hands!"

"I called PHR A/C & Heating to repair my central air system, and they exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was quick and hassle-free, and the technician Erick arrived on time. They were incredibly professional, explained the problem clearly, and repaired it the same day. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Since the repair, my AC has been working perfectly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise!"

"Affordable ac service is amazing. My ac system went down during the middle of summer. Jose replaced my ac system in a couple days for half the price of other places. The brand he got me is the highest rated ac brand. Jose and his team were super nice and professional. Took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely call affordable ac services for all future ac work."

"They took before and after pictures- the difference was amazing. My home is 40 years old and I do not think it s air ducts had ever been cleaned. You can smell/breathe the difference!"
