"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. Matthew from Air Specialist listened and addressed all of our concerns about UV lights, and gave us information about each type on the market and which ones would address our concerns. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."

"Another FABULOUS visit from my MADD AIR family today performing a maintenance check and inspection on my Comfortmaker AC they installed in 2018. Passed with flying colors, thanks to having a company that truly knows what they're doing. Joseph was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and a HUGE plus was that he didn't mind the dogs barking at him. LOL If you are looking for a company that will offer you all of the above for your HVAC needs, don't hesitate in giving them a call. I promise from my experience over the past 2 years, they don't just sell you a product and then walk away. Charlie and the MADD AIR TEAM back what they do and stand behind it every step of the way. I am so lucky to be a part of the MADD AIR FAMILY!"

"I've had the opportunity to hire the services of Texas AC and Heating a few times now. The first time it was during a summer, Felipe and his team came and knew what the problem with my unit was within a few minutes. They ordered the parts and I had my AC running again very quickly. The second time, my unit had to be replaced. They were very reasonable with the price and the job was done wonderfully. Felipe has since done the tune-up of my unit and it's working wonderfully. I would recommend Felipe and his team to anyone. Felipe is very professional and gets the job done. Your unit will be in great hands!"

"I recently used PHR A/C and Heating for maintenance and was very impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service team was polite and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The technician Erick arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and explained my options clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well my system is running. Their pricing was competitive, and there were no surprise charges. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely use them again for any future AC needs. Highly recommend!"

"Affordable ac service is amazing. My ac system went down during the middle of summer. Jose replaced my ac system in a couple days for half the price of other places. The brand he got me is the highest rated ac brand. Jose and his team were super nice and professional. Took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely call affordable ac services for all future ac work."
