Sergio Salazar was amazing. Explained why I was having the issue I had and offered a couple of options to take care of it. He replaced my burned out electrical sockett in my kitchen. Price was reasonable. Booking the service with A1 was easy and the communication before visit was very good. I will definitely call them again if I have an additional electrical issues.

Durell Jacob was awesome. He gave me a bid to do the work I requested and had everything done within 2 1/2 hours. He also noticed I did not have a surge protector on my main box, he got that installed in the same time. The work he did was just what I asked for. Additionally, he was respectful, kind and knowledgable.

Another company told me my compressor is done and need new ac unit. Jason came, checked the system. Compressor is fine. Just needed can motor and contactor. As of now, ac is working fine! Fingers crossed!

Oh my experience was awesome!! I consulted with Ricardo on Tuesday December 10th and my generac was installed on Wednesday December 11th. Ricardo provided exemplary customer service from start to finish. He gave me a hand hold service with my whole house generator installation. Thanks Ricardo!!!👍

I had A1 Plus Service come to my house to look at some outdoor outlets that were not working . Jose Herrera showed up on time and ready to go. Jose is a very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional young man. He did a great job and explained every step of the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, service, or technician- GREAT JOB, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Besides some communication issues that could have been handled better, their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. They appeared to do great work.

Learned what to look for the next time!

The technician didn’t perform the cleaning that should have been done and did overcharge my system with refrigerant and leave the condenser caps off, causing a leak. When I scheduled a follow up I was charged another $79 for a technician to completely fail to see the real problem and tell me my condenser coil was leaking and my best option was to replace the whole system for nearly $10,000. I called my parents’ trusted technician for a second opinion and he found the issues and repaired them immediately and said the last technicians clearly didn’t know what they were doing and massively overpriced their quote. They also left their licensing information off of the invoices - a legal violation the licensing board takes very seriously. I reached out Thursday afternoon to get my money back and I’ve had no response at all.

My experience was positive, they work hard and do the job correctly.
