We specialize in full remodeling projects, whether it may be room additions, a full kitchen remodel, a full bathroom remodel, porch cover or building a new garage. We also offer commercial finish-outs. We know the importance of quality workmanship and the attention to detail. We are not perfect but we strive for perfection. Kēvin Gwynn has done an outstanding work of making our shower repair quickly and smooth. Irrespective of very timely delays from my insurance for approvals and payments, Kēvin made sure it entire work from estimate to completion was as fast as possible.Entire project was completed in total of 5 days. Kēvin worked patiently with insurance and was very flexible wit us during this process in reference to the payments. At the end of the project he wrote off a difference in the total charge and approved amount. I would hire Kēvin for any other contracting project and recommend highly his company Clearcreek Home Improvement anytime. Really appreciate his work and a new shower in kids bathroom. It looks great. His suggestions on material were very complementary to overall decor of the entire bathroom, even though we had to work with somewhat limited budget due to this been insurance approved work. Thank you Kēvin Gwynn and Clear Creek Home Improvements.

"This was a great job! Very nice people to work for. We removed the box window in the kitchen and installed a new Pella sliding patio door. Which included moving electrical new drywall and some brickwork. We saved the window because it was new. . On the back patio, we took out the exterior door, removed all the metal siding, and installed a new Pela 8-foot sliding patio door. Repaired the drywall on the inside and installed metal siding back. We also installed a new doggie door on the side through the metal siding. Everything looks like it has always been there, my guys did a fantastic job."

"On this job we replaced all the subfloor in the living room and down the hallway. This was an older home and several places where the subfloor was in very bad shape. Once we replaced all the subfloors. We came in and installed new pre-finished cabinets and new countertops. This turned out to be a very nice job. Very nice people to work for. We hired Clear Creek to come out and tile our front office and install custom built in cabinets on either side of our fireplace. Kevin came out and met us, took measurements, and gave us an estimate, if I remember within a week. The job went a lot faster than I had anticipated. They installed the base cabinets and upper cabinets that had adjustable shelving. The painters came out and spray painted everything and touched up the walls. At Kevin's suggestion we went with glass tops so we would not scratch the paint. Kevin made it a point to show up or check in every day his crew was there. Communication was direct and clear. He answered any questions we had in a timely manner. He was even flexible with payment since the job went much faster than expected. We are very happy with the outcome and will hire Clear Creek again.

He allowed us to give our input into what the final outcome would be, and gave us advice and options where needed. The pergola was expertly done, and we were so pleased with the outcome that we have hired him to do the same thing on the front of our house. We would definitely recommend his services to others.

Anytime we had questions Kevin was always very quick to respond either with a phone call or a text message. The job flowed very smoothly but of course all jobs have their hiccups and Kevin addressed them immediately. Even after the job was paid in full and the punch list was completed, I found a couple of small little issues a couple weeks later and he was out within the day or two to get those fixed. I say great job thank you so much and I would hire them again.

My house was built in 2010 with a 22 ft A-frame screened in back porch addition, approx 16 ft x 8-10 ft. After the major cold snap and freeze of Feb. 2021 I noticed some of the cedar planks were pulling loose from center beam of the apex on the outside. After further inspection I became aware of what I thought was solid cedar was just 4x6s covered up and rotting and the whole structure was not secure. After hiring a contractor that I thought was reputable and leaving the job looking amatuer and incomplete, taken advantage of and loosing over $10K on the job, I sought out another contractor and I came across Clear Creek Home Improvements. The owner, Kevin Gwyn, promptly returned my call and was very courteous and professional. He came out quickly to assess the damage and showed compassion about my loss and situation.

We are so thrilled with our kitchen remodel! We hired Clear Creek Home Improvements to completely gut our kitchen and replace with new tile, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, mosaic tile backsplash, hardware, sink and faucet, and hood vent. They also relocated all electrical outlets to where we wanted them. Everyone who came in to work was professional, punctual, and did their work with excellence! Kēvin helped us to work within our budget and we ended up with a gorgeous, and functional, final product! I am including one before photo (wood cabinets, dark countertops, beige floors) and after photos (white wall cabinets, green island, black floors).

This process has been absolutely a blessing to my family. I could not have asked for a better company/general contractor to take on this project. In saying a bathroom remodel/renovations is truly downplaying the total scope of Kevin's work. We took a one story home 4/2/0 and turned it into a 4/3/2 (two existing rooms went to 1 large master) . He was able to keep the same look and aesthetics of our home to still blend with our neighborhood. Our home even enlarged still feels like a "home". The love and attentiveness that was put into this project is refreshing and completely unimaginable. Kevin is not a contractor that will push you off and place you on a back burner. He will contact you, he will make you feel like no matter the project size yours is important, he will bring life to your vision. His subcontractors are amazing. He knows each company and most of the time personally. You can rest assure that this man is not sending total strangers amongst your home. Now onto a more personal note. Kevin is a blue collar gentleman just like all of the people he works with. Over the course of a 6 month project (remember it was a large one) I have never felt like he has looked down on us or judged us in any way. My kids have just fell in love with him and truly he feels more like family than anything else. This company is somebody that I know I could send to my mothers house and not worry that she would be taken advantage of. In fact before the sheetrock went on to the "new" upstairs I spoke with Kevin and at that point asked him to bless my home. He wrote a scripture above all of my kids doors and the guest bedroom on the header. Whether he knows this or not this is something that my kids and us adored and keep very close to our hearts. To most General Contractors projects are just that they are somebody else's house and project. They are there for just the money. Kevin Gwyn is not this! He puts his heart, his brain power, his sleep at night all on the line to make YOUR vision come true. If you are looking for the cheapest this may not be your choice. If you are looking for the most expensive this may not be your choice. If you are looking for somebody in the middle and want it done correctly then Clear Creek Home Improvements is your choice!

Kevin Gywyn, owner of Clear Creek, has done a couple of jobs for me. We own a commercial property in Arlington, Texas and I reside in California. He has been very responsive when I call. A truck hit the side of our building and required pretty substantial repair of the brick wall. It needed to match the existing brick on the building. This was no easy task! The job was done quickly and it looked great. I highly recommend Clear Creek and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
