Installed plank flooring in 3 bathrooms & it turned out great, but the crew working on the kitchen floor said I had some high low areas if they placed the new flooring on top of the existing floor that would take care of the problem. I hesitantly agreed. That did not work & I was charged for floor removal & installation, when there was no removal process. Spoke with customer service person and she was supposed to get back with me on the difference in price, but never did & now when they see my number it is sent straight to voicemail. Save yourself some headaches do not use this company, you will only in up going legal on them. Art

The installers were careless and disrespectful of my property. Left cigarette butts in my driveway, lost my door stops, got morter on my walls, poored some type of chemical in my yard and killed my grass in 2 spots.

December 14, 2020 Empire Today had the original installer stop by to investigate my concern that the pad they installed in my home was cheap, flat, thin and not a consistant quality across every room. I had paid for the upgraded pad and it felt like we were sitting on concrete. They also installed the frayed and tattered ends of the rolls that did not give the full protection for pet or liquid spills with the plastic coating. I paid almost $700 extra to get what they called 8lb Las Vegas 1/2" Deluxe Carpet Pad. I do not believe that was what was installed. What they did install was poorly installed. When the original installer lifted the carpet to check. The living room corner that the installer pulled up Verified my concerns!!! And I took a photo of him holding the frayed pad. He said if they cut off the bad ends they would have a lot of waste. I told him that was just not right and poor quality choice. (They tried to come back and patch up that one living room corner, but that has now broken the mositure barrier by patchworking the pad.) I also found another photo I had taken while they were installing the pad in a bedroom that also shows the Poor Quality Pad and Poor Quality Installation. #2 I had left for 15 minutes to pick my grandaughter up from school. I asked them not to put anything in a small 8 foot square foot area between my computer and refrigerator. It was the only place in my entire house that was not being floored that I needed access to. When we came back they had slammed my couch into my refrigerator and it was wedged so tight we could not open the door to get milk. It dented the refrigerator and the main installer had to help me move it off my refrigerator. When I opened the door it stopped running and the light went out. I quickly shut it back and it started working again. The next day I left for 5 days to go check on my mom. When I returned the refrigerator had stopped and everything was destroyed inside. Empire Today is not nice to work with. The Installers are poor quality and do not care about your household items. I also noticed when they finished they had a huge amount of carpet left over. I also feel the salesperson Overestimated my square footage and I overpaid for carpet and the pad they installed. They did the old bait and switch tactic. They were running a 50% off special that only applied to 9 carpet samples. A good way to get an appointment in your home and talk you into upgrades that they never install. It is a Very sad day when they dishonestly try to do this to so many good people.

LVP subcontractor attempted shot cut in 1/2 bath - did not properly remove and reset toilet. Resulting in seal cracking and effluent escaping under new LVP. Customer Service would not or could not respond to an emergency for 45 days. Now having to undergo restoration services and replacement of ruined subflooring and well as replacement of LVP in that room.

Labor and product quality are great

The guys did a great job installing the luxury vinyl planks! My only complaint is the final cleanup was poor. A nice wipe down would have gotten 5 stars.
