Express Flooring Dallas

My husband and I both expressed on multiple occasions that we wanted engineered hardwood installed and were told about their product ?Express Flooring?. We asked multiple times throughout the sales pitch what the difference was between Express flooring and engineered hardwood and were told they were ?exactly the same? just express flooring is a third generation and more durable. On August 28th we saw a box that says Premium Laminate. I reached out to Express Flooring to tell them they installed the wrong flooring and asked when they would be able to fix this error. I was told by Travis ?it would take time?. On August 28th Josh the sales manager called me and was VERY rude and offered me no solutions. On August 29th Josh called me again and said if I wanted engineered hardwood installed it would be an additional $2500. I told him this was not an acceptable solution as we agreed to $10,536 to have our floors. Josh then yelled at me on the phone and said this was the only option.

The day they was suppose to start working on our floors they showed up and was only there about an hour at the most. They tore up 5 different areas of my home then said the moisture was to high and they couldn't do the job. Now my home looks terrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The team installed my flooring for 4 1/2 rooms in one day, much to my surprise. It was done very professionally and looks great. The team was very professional and courteous. They handled my furniture that they moved with care. I would absolutely recommend them.

So far they're unprofessional. They'll put you down for the day your want but reschedule you last minute.

They did my floor, luxury vinyl. great experience, great crew, very proffesional, fast and did a quality job.

The price was the best quote. The new padding and carpet were installed in 5 hours with a total replacement of furniture and vacuuming the carpet. I highly recommend Express Flooring.

The job was done in a professional and timely manner. The areas look so revitalized and renewed. Everyone from the sales person to the installers were kind, and professional. I always have a problem as an older women with feeling taken advantage of while assessing a company or a product, as my husband most often just wants it done, leaving these choices to me ...and what so I know? Ijs. Salesperson left me feeling at ease with my choices appearing very helpful with my choices and taking time to walk me through the available choices. I will most certainly use this company again..as my experience left me satisfied.

They were respectful with our belongings and they went beyond our expectations. We LOVE the product and the service in all areas was exceptional.

Everything went off without a hitch, from the salesperson and landing on the floors and quote, all the way to the installing process. I thought it would take 2 weeks to complete, but was surprised when they had multiple guys out each day to work on the floors and they were done in 4 days. I will only ever recommend Express Flooring , as other companies quotes and products do not even come close to the quality of Express Flooring.

The installer was very professional and worked very fast. I appreciate how he handled moving furniture by himself.

I have over 2400 square feet that had different tile in each room. This company came in and got to work immediately. They DONâ T play. Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home. We had Ricardo leading the demo team and Sergio leading the install team. These guys were fast, communicating with me the whole time, very knowledgeable and super respectful. It was actually a very easy process from start to finish and my floor is BEAUTIFUL! I wake up smiling as soon as I put my foot down and open my eyes. I would recommend them to my friends and family and use them again for any flooring project in the future. I couldnâ t be happier!
