Honestly, I was very nervous after hearing all of the moving company horror stories of movers cancelling, breaking things and just not caring. Armando and Osman arrived on time and ready to work. They moved me effortlessly from a 3rd floor, 2bed 2bath apartment. They were friendly and efficient. They took great care of my belongings and nothing was broken during the move. "Not surprised they are closed... I used this company to move from Virginia to Wisconsin in July 2023. It cost more than triple the initial quote, they did not break down our storage shelves so we needed another truck, delays on delivery date multiple times so all our stuff could fit one truck (but 2 other deliveries were on our semi.. so), AND my belongings had weavel bugs in them. Stored our stuff for 4 months in NJ, and delivered by a teuck grom Florida. Also, both of my personal hand carts did not arrive with my stuff. Would not wish this company on anyone."

"****BEWARE ***This company is an absolute scam. They promise you a guaranteed out of pocket rate, then triple it when the movers show up. Then promise delivery within three days and I now sit still waiting for my property to be delivered more than two weeks later. I got someone on the phone twice and both times they gave me fake delivery dates where no one showed up or communicated anything. Now they do not answer the phone or return messages. Guess I will be suing. "

"Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond. "
