"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

"Great. Ted came out the first day and applied chemicals to remove the old paint that a previous owner had applied to the bathtub. He came out the next day to remove the old paint, repaired the finish of the porcelain tub, and then applied a clear coat. It looks brand new. He also fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly at no extra charge. Ted did a great job of arriving on time, not causing a mess in our house, keeping the fumes to a minimum, and cleaning up after he was complete. Will definitely hire again."

"He explained every thing he would be doing. He was fast and efficient. He pointed out the stains that would probably not come out (the carpet is 15 years old). He was able to get all of the other stains out, even a patch of ink from an ink jet printer. Since the process only leaves about a gallon of water in the entire carpet, it was dry in about 3-4 hours.
