Cannot comment on other installation options (tile). More expensive than a independent contractor in general. Great option if you don't mind paying for the 1 day turnaround to get it done. Time will tell on the no mold sturdiness of the acrylic, but pleased so far."

One in particular, a 3/4 shower wall and opening the shower up to the ceiling in a tiny bathroom. It was simple but made a major difference in aesthetics as well as allowing the steam to dissipate quicker. We could not be happier. The tile work in both bathrooms is lovely and well done. Alvin and his crew were good at working clean. They used roll-out cardboard protection for our floors, hanging plastic sheeting to help keep dust down. They stayed on the job until it was done. It was a lot of work and we felt it was done within a reasonable time. Always have a final walk-through."
