"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. Implies that delays are due to tenants not being responsive or available during working hours. He stated that, if the tenants cannot be available during working hours, he will refund the deposit of $600.00. I told him that I did not want the refund, I wanted the appliance repaired. 12. Appointment set for 29-March between 08:00 and 10:00 13. 29-March - Parts installed, unit working normally 14. 29-March - Invoice for services received IMMEDIATELY upon completion – AMAZING how quickly Uptown can submit an invoice, when their services took THREE MONTHS to complete!!!"
