Called company and I was able to get an Appt same day because somebody cancelled. Excellent service. Would recommend. Dishwasher was repaired and now I can use again. It was overflowing due to years of food getting backed up in pipe. He cleaned the pipe and it was working again. My service provider was Eric and he was awesome.

Service was fantastic. We discovered the leak on a Friday. We called our regular plumber for help, but they said they couldn't come until the middle of next week! We called a few other plumbers, but everyone was too busy to help. We then contacted Cathedral Plumbing based on its rating in Angie's List, and, after hearing me explain the emergency, Brittany in the office sent someone right away to help. It was Robert, who looked at the ceiling and promptly went into action. He discovered the source of the leak -- a tiny hole in a pipe in the attic, and fixed it. He worked very hard nonstop and communicated with us about the problem and what he was doing. We were deeply grateful for the fast, excellent service, and will now send all our plumbing needs to Cathedral Plumbing.

My kitchen garbage disposal unit was replaced by Justin of Cathedral Plumbing Quickly and efficiently. Justin even recommended getting another sink drain strainer for the sink which connects to the garbage disposal unit. This would prevent spoons, jewelry, etc from getting down into and damaging the garbage disposal unit! DUH! There was a $250 garbage disposal unit replacement coupon on Angie's list and on the Cathedral Plumbing website which significantly mitigated Cathedral's initial $400 (less $50 "first time" customer) estimate. Justin left the house 45 minutes after he arrived.

They were trying to get to me on Thursday but called at 3:00 and said they could not get there until Friday from 3 to 5. Brian arrived on Friday on time and checked out the toilet issues. He was very nice and very professional. Explained what he would need to do and the cost. I had him just address the front toilet problem since that was most urgent. all that it needed was unclogging which took less then 5 min. The price quoted for the other toilet was ridiculous. I would not recommend this company for any type of basic plumbing issues only if you have some heavy duty serious plumbing issues would I say yes to giving them a call.

The plumber for Cathedral Plumbing could not figure it out either, and proposed cutting into the damp sheet rock to see what he could find. He was able to find a leak in a copper water pipe and was able to replace the section of pipe which fixed the problem. It was an unfortunate leak, but the source was quickly identified and repaired.

They were very professional. There was a small hick-up when the water heater they were installing had a damaged cover out of the box. They assured me it would be replace. Their office stayed in contact with me. The lead technician stayed in contact with me. The original technician stayed in contact with me. It took a week to get a new cover, but that was only because they came out the next time that "I" could take off. True concern that I would be completely satisfied. Professional, Punctual and follow thru.

I was disappointed at first since I had to take a day off from work on the initial appointment (they have the 5 hour window of showing up for your service FYI) and got a call on the day itself that they cannot make it and had to reschedule. However, it was more than made up by the guy they sent in to do the rescheduled service, Brandon. He was professional, courteous and answered all my questions about plumbing.

Brandon with Cathedral Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful in all of his interactions with myself and my family. He thoroughly explained how everything worked and even triple checked to make sure the job was complete and that everything was working well. I also had a pleasant experience with Jeff, who gave me my initial estimate. I feel very confident with the quality of work that Cathedral Plumbing does. Jeff arrived within an hour of my first call. He quickly located the pipe that was leaking and let me know the price and plan on how to fix it. Jeff was very professional and super nice to work with. Brandon also came to help complete the work. He was also very friendly and helpful. They explained everything before they did it and answered all my questions thoroughly. The price was fair. The work was completed quickly and was very well done. They left their work area cleaner than it was when they found it. All in all, it was a great experience.
