Abel Appliance Repair

Today, on a moments notice, Jordan of Abel Appliance Repair, 972.704.9911, came to our home to take a look at our GE Monogram freezer. Within 24 hours, the freezer temp had jumped from 0 to 9 degrees. It didn’t take Jordan anytime to discern what the problem was. He replaced the needed part and we are all set. Jordan is so professional and pleasant. It was our pleasure to have him in our home! Thank you Jordan!!! our home! Thank you Jordan!!

Larry was courteous, prompt and professional. I called him on Thursday and he arrived first thing Friday morning. He determined that our oven needed to have the locking mechanism replaced. He was kind enough to show my husband how to replace the part so we wouldn't have to pay the service and installation charge for him to install the part. He even told us where we could get the part. Of course, he did tell us to call him if we had any problems with the installation and he would come out and do it for us. Within a few hours, the part was installed and the oven is working perfectly. It was so nice to have a repairman who was willing to help us to save some money on the repair. We will be using him for any appliance repairs that we have in the future.

He came the same day I called and worked diligently to repair my refrigerator, but I needed a new motor which cost almost as much as a new refrigerator. I decided to get a new refrigerator and he gave me several tips on what to look for when buying a new one. We have moved from Texas, but I would definitely recommend him and I would definitely use him again if we still lived in Texas.

Not only he fixed it, he also gave me a discount! Larry is great and I have recommended him to my friends and coworkers.

Very well. Larry called giving me 30 minutes heads up before he arrived. The work ended up being very simple and he took extra time to educate me on a couple of possible issues between the fridge and the dishwasher. I highly recommend his service.

Larry was going to Yellowstone for 2 weeks, but he recommended a fellow serviceman and he did a good job. He determined the vent was clogged and he cleaned it out.

Same Day Service! Prompt, Professional. Repaired perfectly Reasonable price, too! Even with little yippy rescue dogs underfoot, the work was done with a cheerful (and humorous) attitude. You have to love that. I highly recommend! A++++

Our fridge decided to stop working over the weekend. I spoke with Larry on Monday and scheduled something for the next day. Thankfully, we have a second fridge so it wasn't an emergency. Larry was very professional and explained what was wrong. He was able to fix it in a short amount of time. Besides fixing the fridge, he also took the time to inspect our washer and dryer. Given the age of our units, he gave us an honest opinion on any future repairs. He displayed great integrity and passion. If anything breaks down, there's only one person we are calling. Outstanding service!!!

Checked washer which I thought was clogged.  He checked the pump and drain and found them to be fine - not sure why washer didn't drain before.  However, he didn't try to find something wrong when there wasn't any.  However, he did go ahead and clean out the drain and filter.  Cost was $75 for a basic service call, which I thought was quite reasonable.  I will use this contractor again in the future.
