Watermark just replaced our defective water heater. Michael and John were very courteous and polite, and the job was very professional done. We were very pleased with their service and highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

We were in the process of buying a house and contacted them about a sewer camera inspection. They were able to come that same week and were very easy to work with. No major problems were found, but they did recommend a cleaning - very good value.

We had a Saturday morning water heater problem with water leaking. Watermark showed up within an hour. Michael was very friendly and professional. He temporarily capped off the problem and replaced the water heater by the following Tuesday. We will be using Watermark again and highly recommend them.

These guys repaired the wax seal on two toilets, tested the drain pan on a shower, and unclogged a drain. Two of those were added on after they arrived so they probably got behind, but they got it all done and it all works. Just wanted to thank them publicly.

leaked repaired took five calls just to get a receipt really felt they where over priced. we own three house's in Carrollton so been around a little will not call them again Sorry

Watermark was able to bring someone in really quickly after my call and Brian was very friendly and personable and got the job done quickly.

We have used Watermark Plumbing twice. Both times the pros knew what the issue was and fixed it. 1st time was for a leak near the water meter. Turned out the connection to the sprinkler system failed. Jason and his helper dug the hole, found and repaired the leak. Then returned the next day to make sure it was good to go. The explanation of what had happened and what they did was clear. For the amount of time two men spent on this, the charge was more to my side. 2nd time was to install a replacement faucet (after this user's error in attempting to fix a minor issue, turned into a major one). Brian was on time and worked quickly to complete the work. Then spent the time to explain what to watch for if there was any future issues. On his own, looked at a bathroom stopper not working and Bam! fixed it in a minute. I cannot recommend Watermark highly enough. They are thoroughly professional and have an excellent system to keep you up to date about appointments.

What I am mad about is how they aren’t getting back to me after the job is done and the money is collected. I want a copy of the invoice for tax purposes and some questions about the final checkings that they did with the city. I called, left voicemail, emailed for weeks and no one has gotten back to me. The most I got was something like “My manager will get back to you”. I am hoping this review will catch their attention. I would like to give a shout out to Jason and his crew. They did an excellent job and I am super happy with the work that they did.

I had an unidentified drip in the front yard that was freaking me out. They came out the same day, and explained what it was (broken condensate line) and the available solution. Shout out to Brian for doing such good work.

Company stayed in close communication with me. The technician was able to quickly and professionally remove and replace the freeze protected spigot. This required him remove and mortar back into place the bricks around the spigot. A person cannot tell that any work was done.

Very good. Brian our installer was very thorough in his work. We ran into some problems getting the circulation pump working in our master bath due to issues with our electrical breaker box. Watermark called in their preferred electrician after the one we chose couldn't get it to work. Watermark stayed communicating with us on our job till their preferred electrician found the problem in our breaker box. Hot water through the house again! Thank you Watermark!!

I had no hot water and when I called them in the afternoon, they immediately sent Michael out to meet me at the same day. He was professional, explained what was going on, and recommended next steps to resolve the issue. He installed the new water heater the next day and even made sure to check all the other faucets to make sure his work didn’t screw anything up. Can’t recommend highly enough, especially Michael. I had a clogged toilet over the weekends and without a second thought, I gave Watermark Plumbing a call. I used them before and I was very impressed. This time, Bryan showed up, fixed my problem, cleaned up after himself, and took great care in not disturbing me while I am working from home, which I very much appreciate. Bryan, our Technician, arrived early for 8am appointment and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also noted that leaky water heater was under warranty - which I thought meant delays and work on my part to get credit - boy was I wrong - the Watermark team took care of ALL OF THAT! I paid for Watermark to pick up the new water heater - much cheaper than buying whole new one. Bryan also installed two pans plus drain pipe, since none existed. This was a big job - he did have someone come help him - he finished up after lunch - GREAT JOB by entire team - such a relief!

Every now and then you find a skilled person who knows exactly what the problem is and the best way to get it fixed. Michael is exactly this person. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate of money and time. He went about getting the problem fixed and I must highlight he thought about other things in the house that could be affected by this downtime and took care of them as well. Service technician was courteous and prompt. He seemed quite experienced and knew just what to do to fix the leak. He gave a good explanation of the problem as well as a good description of the steps to repair. He also cleaned up well afterwards.
