All Metroplex Plumbing

We called on All Metroplex Plumbing on two separate occasions in recent months. The services provided were replacements of one toilet, three faucets, six faucet cut-off valves, two garbage disposals and one kitchen sink basket strainer. We furnished the new toilet and the three new faucets; the plumber furnished all other new equipment items and supplies. All of the work was done by Mario, a highly competent and courteous plumber. It has now been several weeks since this work was completed: all of the newly installed plumbing fixtures are working well, and there are no leaks or drips. We are very pleased with All Metroplex Plumbing, and we will certainly call them again for our next plumbing project.

I am pretty handy and spent 3 hours trying to fix it myself. The problem was what I had figured but Carlos knew it fairly quickly and got to work. No mess left and the sink works like brand new. My house is older and has older plumbing in the guts even with the remodels done. Very excellent service and would highly recommend. Was able to fix the same day I called.

Carlos showed up on the day promised when I called in the request for service. He is very professional, and went through what needed to be done, and other worse case scenarios that might happen during the repair, but were unlikely. I asked him to go forward with the repair, and he was done very quickly and did a great job on the repair. When he was done, he gave me a couple of tips on how to correctly use the faucet in the future so as to not damage it again due to over tightening it (which apparently I had done too many times). I'll certainly call him again on my next repair job.

Carlos is a master, licensed, experienced plumber. He was on time, polite and pleasant and most importantly he did excellent quality work.

Carlos came out and found the problem and installed the new cartridge when part came in. Very happy with Carlos! Will use him again.

Carlos and his team are the most skilled, trustworthy, experienced and easiest to deal in my history of using plumbers. I text him, he comes by on time, does amazing work, and leaves the work site as though he was never there. We’ve used Carlos on major jobs over the last two years including replacing a water heater, upgrade of multiple faucets and replaced several toilets. He is the gold standard of service providers.

It went great, I'd say one of my best experiences with a plumber. I originally only requested the 3 toilets and also asked for a quote to replace the water heater. I liked the water heater quote and they were able to do it on the same day. Very professional and friendly! I would gladly use them again and would reccommend Carlos and Alphonso to anyone else wanting a hassle free experience!

They installed a commode. It was very good.

We had our kitchen sink drain that was not draining properly. Carlos was great once he had already unloaded all his equipment he determined the problem was not the main drain but under the sink. Carlos was here within 2 hours to fix my problem. Instead of charging me the quoted price he only charged us a trip charged for the simple fix. I will us him again anytime I have a plumbing issue.

It was a Sunday before a holiday week (gulp!) and even the shutoff valve was leaking. Carlos called me back within an hour which I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE! He was here first thing Monday morning and now these problems are solved. Carlos is skilled, thorough, courteous and professional. He has my business from now on! THANK YOU, CARLOS!!
