Jermaine was on time and very courteous and professtional. I purchased the garbage disposal myself so the only service required was the installaition of the garbage disposal. Jermaine inspected and found two other problems that need to be taken care of and provided estimates. His work and professionalism and knowledge made me trust and respect his work. He did leave the old disposal and trash which I disposed of. I purchased the Angie's List deal for $99.00 for $200 worth of services. I was charged the full $200. I did think this was high for installing a garbage disposal that I had purchased. So the total for the whole job was $300 -- (this includes what I paid for the garbage disposal) so I do think the installation of the garbage disposal was too high.

I will say that Mark was excellent. He was very friendly and he arrived during the time window committed and it turns out I did not need a new garbage disposal! It was just a a jam and he fixed it and made sure the water drained and the disposal was un-jammed. I am very pleased and super relieved.

Garbage disposal stopped working around 9.30 at night. I called Apple Appliance at night. A technician came in around 11.30 sm the next day. He actually fixed the disposal (I was expecting a replacement) and charged me just visit fee.

The work was done efficiently and correctly. They wanted a check for payment not a credit card. Also left no paperwork about the appliance or an invoice, Any work I have had done, there was always paperwork about the work and invoices left behind. In this day and age, repair companies accept credit cards. I have never had a company that didn't. I got no response when I questioned this with an email. Sorry, but I will not use them again.

Staff were prompt despite snow, and had called to confirm that we wanted service that was scheduled. Both staff were courteous, provided lots of explanation and did the work efficiently. They demonstrated features of the new disposal and took old disposal with them. Very positive plumbing experience.

The claim process was so smooth. We submitted the claim for each service online and we got response Email with the appointment time and mechanic detail. The technicians showed up within the appointment window and did a good job. We are overall happy with the Choice warranty for the price and value.

Project went great, but costs for labor and parts were not broken down, and the price for the part must have been about twice the going Home Depot price of $200. I was also charged a tax, which I have never heard of before.

Arranged the service call online, notice was provided that the gentlemen were on their way. I turned off the power to the unit, they came in and quickly replaced it, I turned the power back on so they could test and check for leaks. Fast, professional, and courteous service.

I accepted only because the problem arose over a weekend and he was able to make it out on a Monday morning. I found out later that there is a compact version would have been a better choice.

Nelson was very responsive! He replaced a very problematic garbage disposal that was installed years ago by the previous homeowner on-the-cheap. It took a few visits to get the new one working perfectly, but there was no extra charge, and I was very happy to let Nelson interface with the manufacturer on my behalf. Will definitely hire Nelson again if the need arises! (Apologies for the belated review; it's been a busy summer!)

MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL HAD WORN OUT AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE COMPANY TOOK CARE OF IT WITH NO REAL HASSLE. I WOULD USE COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION, OR PROBLEM.

It went very well. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He tried to fix our garbage disposal but in the end, it needed to be replaced. He clearly explained what happened and why it needed to be replaced. Although the price was a little higher than we expected, we would certainly call Wooten again.

They informed me that the parts to repair my fridge would be too expensive and recommended it was better to find a new fridge. They quickly fixed my disposal and only charged me the service fee for driving out there. I would definitely trust them again if needed.

We broke our garbage disposal Monday evening and was able to find RJ and book an appointment online for the very next day. They were a little late due to the commute from the prior job but when I called, the person on the phone was able to tell me right away the delay and the repair persons showed up shortly after. He advised me on replacing and had the part and finished all within an hour. With two kids and a constant stream of activity in the kitchen I was really happy overall being able to self-schedule, get the service, and get it addressed all before the next day's dinner.
