Larry really knows what he's doing! He is especially good on wiring problems that are hard to find. He really takes pride in his work, he does it right the first time, and he cleans up after he's done. Thanks, Larry, for another great job!

He arrived at the promised time. Went to work immediately, repaired old security lights he installed years & years ago. Replaced broken motion lights then found where squirrels had entered house and boarded it up until I could get pest control out. Always cleans up thoroughly before leaving. He always goes above & beyond for me!

I've used Larry at Justin Repairs many times over the years and I keep coming back for his professionalism, work ethic and good value. All the work was done in a clean, efficient manner and as usual, he was flexible when I thought of last-minute items to add to the repair list. This was the second time we had the pleasure of Larry coming to our house and fix all those annoying things that seem to add up! Can't say enough about the integrity and work ethic of Larry. He is so pleasant and has that problem-solving mentality that we all seek in a handyman. If he can't figure it out, he gives options and ideas. We put him to work all day, and he worked tirelessly to get all the things checked off our list. When I look at all the different professionals I would have to have called (plumber, electrician, etc.), we got much more value for our money!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Justin Repairs. Larry, the proprietor, returned my initial call promptly and arrived at my property the very next day as promised. Larry charges by the hour but I was surprised by how quickly he completed the job and I was impressed with the quality of his work. It was very evident to me that Larry takes pride in the work that he does and that he cares about his customers. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Larry was very professional and helpful at every point. He was available to come out on one day's notice, did excellent and careful work installing our dishwasher, and charged us very reasonably. We will certainly be hiring him again for our handyman jobs.

He arrived on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up.Materials less than he initially told me. Rates are $75 per hour and he was here for two hours making sure that the two sagging gates and latches are now in tip top shape. Very professional and hardworking.

Larry responded immediately after I emailed him about my dryer no longer working (a crisis when you have a large household).  I was unable to reach the appliance repairman that I normally use.   Once at my house, he quickly diagnosed the problem.  A very, very clogged vent prematurely burned out my heating element.  Since my dry vents out to the roof, he climbed up a ladder and took pictures of my vent w/ green mold growing over the screen covering the vent.  He quickly coordinated w/ Doug (Top Hat Chimney Sweep) to clean out the vent before he installed the new heating element.  Afterwards, Larry literally bent over backwards to fix my dryer.  

Six months ago, I had my kitchen remodeled. The drain between the sink and dishwasher never really worked right. Over time, the sink water began backing up into my dishwasher.  I did not call the company that remodeled my kitchen since they broke more than they fixed.  I needed somebody that had experience and was trustworthy.  Well, Larry is all that and more:  takes pride in his work, curtious, respectful, neat/tidy and HONEST!  He quickly and efficiently fixed my problem.  He also removed an old hot water dispenser and tank under my kitchen sink.   Larry is a CLASS ACT!   

After a bad storm the breaker to the garage and internet kept shutting off. He told me what to do to get things up and running over the phone and because of the weather waited until the next day. Took care of the issue and just charged the 1 hour fee of $75. Very knowledgeable and honest person. I also appreciate the fact that Larry had me up and running temporarily over the phone before he came out.

Came on time and very courteous and professional. Sawed opening in roof (6 inches) , tucked vent under shingles and sealed with caulk. I am very satisfied.

After having experiences with a multitude of service providers from fence repair, to plumbing to electricians over the years, Larry was a refreshing surprise.  He's knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy.  He doesn't just fix the problem. He looks to see what might have caused the problem in the first place and how to prevent it from happening in the future.  I've dealt with less than honest service providers in the past who price gouged or cut corners or just did shoddy work all around.  Larry approaches a job as if he is working on his own home.  It was an overall positive experience. 

Before making the appointment, Larry ask the about the problem and obtained the unit model.  He gave me a cost estimate based on what he projected the problem to be and gave me an estimate of the heating element. Assuming this was the problem - I agrred to have the element changed - if it was the problem.

Larry arrived at the house as promised - evaluated that the heating element was out. Since he had the part with him - he changed out the element in about 1.5 hours.

Dryer worked properly - problem was solved.

it was difficult to find someone that had skills in this area!  larry has a very broad set of skills, good technical aptitude, and also all the equipment needed for a job like this.  he responded to my call very quickly, and scheduled me the next day which was much appreciated.  his rate at this time is $75 and hour which is very reasonable compared to others with $275 minimums.  He arrived promptly and worked on it until the broken wire was found and repaired.  larry seems to be someone you can trust, and someone who can fix just about anything!  now i know who to call when i get ready to replace my thermostats!

He fit us into his schedule right away. Arrived on time and found the problem as soon as he walked in the door. Made an adjustment to the photo-eye and the problem was solved. Since our house was on the way to his regularly schedule job, he did not charge any travel time, just for the short time he was at the house. If we have need for a handy man in the future, Justin Repairs will be our first and probably only call.

He arrived with the part that he had picked up specially from a colleague that specializes in recycling parts. He had the dryer apart in no time and cleaned around the drum and fixed it. He also fixed the front door that was sticking with out being asked and without charging us. He is welcome in my home anytime. You can even call him and tell him what is going on with an appliance and he will tell you whether it is fixable or not. We did this with both washer and dryer at two different times and he came and fixed them. We did that with our dishwasher and he said it needed to be replaced so we did. He helped us in our selection process. The most determining factor being the dishwasher's ability to be repaired and have parts available should it ever need it. So many appliances made overseas now and parts are not available or not available right away.
