The gentleman that called has very poor communication skills and has failed to provide a receipt despite me asking for one three times. He did do great work, but I prefer not to continually text/call a service person about the work. And I would still like a receipt as I am the administrator of my brothers estate and prefer receipts to show to the heirs.
