Yes these two young men, Malik R. And Sam S. We?re so amazing, very sweet, they explained every step, so very pleasant kept everything clean from start to finish. We asked for a bathtub removal and install of a shower, and what we received was a spectacular install in one day. It transformed the room .

Great experience overall! David came out for the estimate and was very professional. Explained all our options clearly (The Australian accent was a plus) suggested options that were in our price range and need level. Once install scheduled, shower replaced by some friendly gentleman in ONE day. Shower is for my 85 year old grandfather and I can rest easy knowing he is more independent and safe using the walk in shower. Thank you so much!

Julius and Matthew did an awesome job removing the old garden tub and installing a walk in shower. I live outside of San Antonio, they arrived both days on time. The floor was covered to protect it while they went in and out with this project . They were courteous and polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks again!

The entire team at West Shore went above and beyond expectations. The job was scheduled sooner than expected, done quickly (just over half a day!), and the quality is outstanding. David Lennox goes the extra mile for his customers, then goes two miles further. Knows his stuff, and makes sure you get what you need.

Terrible experience through and through. First installer left half way for being sick. I had to make many calls to get a reschedule. Second guy came in angry because he was made to work on his off day. He yelled at me when I asked a question on city inspection. Sales man told me the wrong things. Second crew left some equipment on my bathroom counter and permanently stained the surface. Oh their customer services were dreadful!

Coleton Hebert, was awesome and super knowledgeable and skilled at his job. Also Travis Montgomery Had an amazing experience with the instal and Coleton did a great job. I will definitely be a returning customer with west shore homes to finish all the bathrooms in my home. Over all from setting the appointment to finish I had an amazing customer service experience frome Dave Lennox, Coleton Hebert, and Travis Montgomery. They should all get a rase.

Did a tub to shower conversion. Worked with David Lennox who was wonderful in helping us work in budget and get a beautiful shower for my elderly mother. He stayed in contact with us from start to finish and was very helpful. The guys who installed the shower did a great job,..Sean, Big Cam, Lil Cam and Aaron, thank you for an excellent job! Overall was a great experience and wouldn't think twice about using this company in the future.

I had a conversion, tub to walk in shower, and I am 100% happy. My sales rep Aaron was not pushy, he was very informative and willing to explain everything and willing to answer all of my questions. My demo tech, a different guy also named Aaron was wonderful. He was very professional, polite, reviewed the plan and the explained the stages. He laid down drop cloths from my front door to the bathroom, he kept the door closed to contain most of the dust in the bathroom. He carried all of the debris out to his work van. When he finished he showed me what was done and explained what would happen the next day. The next morning Javi and Steven arrived and introduced themselves and explained what their plan was. Again professional guys and very personable. I have had other contractors on other jobs who could not carry a conversation and avoided eye contact and talking, not any of the West Shore guys, they were very pleasant and I was completely comfortable with them in my home. Javi and Steven got to work after the inspector stopped by and gave them the ok. They were focused on their work and I was able to work from home and had several video calls with no interruptions. When they were done they reviewed their work with me and I signed off on the job. They had also laid down the drop cloths and they cleared everything and left my home clean with a beautiful new walk in shower. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Excellent shower installation

The installers arrived by 9am and were done by 4pm. Very professional and talked me through the process they’d be doing the work.

David was a wonderful salesman overall good guy. The guys who came out to install the shower Will, Lewis and Alan did a fantastic job. They did it quick and made it look easy. Overall experience was great and we're very very happy with our new shower. Thanks again guys.

My parents had an issue with their previously installed shower. It was not draining properly and David Lennox quickly facilitated the reinstall. He is always so pleasant and professional and was happy to get the ball rolling. Sean and Dominic came to do the reinstall and they handled it so well. They were respectful of my parentâ s home, they worked safely and efficiently and the new shower looks amazing! All personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. They spend time explaining all procedures and answering any questions. They are concerned with customer satisfaction , David Lennox, the Sales representative, kept up with the project, visiting several times to monitor the progress and to make sure I was pleased.
